One Step Diagnostic VII

Unfortunately, my orthopedic specialist sent me here for an MRI of my knee and I was not given any other options. Poor customer service from reception staff and a strangely hostile MRI tech. I also had to wait a while even though I got there early and there was no one ahead of me! If you are lucky enough to have options of other places to go I recommend you go there!

Other than the fact that the magazines were older than my dog and should have been thrown away long ago, the staff was courteous and professional. The facility was clean, and the scan was quick. Maybe they have seen some of the recent reviews and changed some of their practices. I would recommend them.

My primary physician sent me here for a chest X-​ray. I would highly recommend that you find another place. I waited over an hour for a five minute procedure. I had to endure the stories from the staff to each other about their weekend exploits. Very unprofessional!!!

they take FOREVER. all i have seen in the 3 hours i have been here is everyone standing around talking and laughing. i believe in a fun workplace but get your work done, we finally asked whats going on after waiting an hr and a half and the receptionist had to take 15mins just figure it out herself. finally got into the room and were waiting another almost hour and half. where’s. the dr? its not even busy i could understand if it was. if it wasnt for the price difference i would of walked out and just went to another dr office. more than likely i will not be back.

I was referred here from my physical therapist to get and MRI. I was the first appointment. I was 15 minutes early like they asked. First of all, the front desk people were extremely rude. They lost my ID then tried to claim I never gave it to them. They then found it in the copier. Did not apologized to me for insisting I never gave it to them. I sat and waited AN HOUR past my set time. I went up several times after that. They insisted 20 more minutes every time. After 2 hours I was fed up and went back up for the last time. They could see I was beyond fed up «I had every right to be» they tried to be polite and say I could just reschedule. I said no there’s no way I’d come back here.

My doctor recommended this place for an open MRI due to their high tech open MRI machine. I also had a series of X-​rays done there as well. All of the staff from the front office staff to the technicians were welcoming and very pleasant to deal with. The technicians answered all of my questions and went beyond by explaining how the equipment functioned as well. I am a techie and find Imaging equipment fascinating.
The staff at One Step Diagnostic was also very time conscious and on time win my imaging. They actually were ahead of schedule with me due to a cancellation in their schedule!
All of the staff has a great sense of humor and do their best to make you feel at home, especially the two technicians that I dealt with. Thanks guys and gals, keep, up the great job! I would definitely recommend this place!
