James Bradford Elmer, Mr. TechRx, is an CompTIA A+ Certified Dynamic Computer Technician experienced in all aspects of hardware, software and operating systems maintenance and repair. He possesses in-​depth knowledge of advanced diagnostic techniques. He is a graduate of Baylor University and in his time there he worked for the Baylor IT Department in the Baylor Law School.

Cody Patterson Fowler, is a CompTIA A+ certified technician and student at the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer School of Business obtaining a BBA in Management Information Systems. He has years of computer experience ranging from research, building, maintenance, and repair; as well, he is always knowledgeable of all the new and upcoming computer technology.
