I am Debbie Haynes and I work with people to enhance their life and create transformation. Mind and Spirit Services offers compassionate Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, Stress Management and Life Coaching for individuals and families. Therapy can mean working on many different things like problem behaviors, relationships, anxiety, depression. Focusing on the positive and figuring out where we want our journey to take us is as important as focusing on the problem. It’s an empowering feeling to gain control of your life.

History

Established in 2006.

Debbie Haynes, MA, L.P.C graduated with honors from the University of Houston-​Clear Lake with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology in 1999 and is a licensed counselor in the state of Texas. After working for years at DePelchin Children’s center, Debbie created the private practice Mind and Spirit Services in 2006.
