I’ve only had a pedicure which was okay. The color selection was mediocre. The ladies were very nice though! One of them kept pestering me to do a design, even after countless times saying no she still did it for me! Well at least she didn’t charge me extra. Even though they claim to be a spa, the ambiance wasn’t very relaxing.

I purchased a Living Social Deal for a Shellac manicure and pedicure. My experience here was less than great. My manicure and pedicure took 2 ½ hours to complete and I think that’s a bit too long. Usually for thorough service, there’s one person doing a manicure and another doing your pedicure but that was not the case here. They were only capable of doing one shellac manicure at a time which is a bit unexpected since this service is very popular now. If I had a choice to return, well, I wouldn’t.

They’re OK but not great. A friend of mine and I went there after we bought a Shellac Mani/Deluxe Pedi deal on Living Social. I probably would have been disappointed if I had paid more than $ 23 for the whole thing. My friend’s pedicure started about half an hour before mine because another client was so late, which held up the nail tech who was to do mine. I know that couldn’t be avoided, but it was annoying not getting to spend our mani/pedi time in the same area, since she was done with her pedicure well before me and moved on to her manicure. My nail tech was pretty good and very friendly, although she did accidentally snip something painful on my pinky toe. My pedicure was pretty good, but I would have liked a bit more concentration on the leg massages. My manicure was also good, but they didn’t do any sort of lotion or hand massage, which I’ve had with every other manicure I’ve ever gotten. I got the shellac nail polish, which looks great, but their colors are pretty limited, and I feel like the manicurist didn’t do a great job of covering my entire nail. The very tips of each nail seem not to be polished. The nail polish on one of my toes also chipped off on the same day, which really shouldn’t happen. End story — if you have a coupon that will make this place cheaper, it’s worth it. They do an adequate job. But if you are going to go in paying full price, you may want to consider going elsewhere.

Yvonne was very nice and professional. I went in for waxing and airbrush spray tan. The waxing was good. Now on to the tan. It was good no streaks and not orange! She spray tanned you herself. I really like tans that are actually applied by people not machines. Lasted about about 4 days.

I had a lady with glasses that rushed through my shellac mani and pedi. She also CUTMYTOE badly! It was bleeding quite a bit and finally she brought out a bandaid because it wouldn’t stop. I also have nail polish all over my fingers. When I asked her to fix it she put oil on top of my nails which obviously did nothing. She also tried to sell me on a lot of other services they do. She asked me 3 times if I wanted anything waxed and if I wanted flowers put on my nails. I politely told her no but after the first couple times it gets awkward. My friend and I went together but were told we had to do everything separately. I guess that’s fine, but they actually have two shellac machines and plenty of pedicure stations. If they assigned one shellac machine to each person we could have sat together and chatted while we were there. Other salons do this so I know it’s not out of the ordinary. The way they did things was very inefficient. When it came time to pay(I had the living social deal but my French manicure was extra) they gave me an $ 8 coupon for next time since I got cut. Wait, they want me to come back and spend more money here??? No thanks. I will never be back!

The service was bad and I was kept waiting for almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. The woman cut me foot with the scrub while rushing through my appointment. I will NEVER return to this place again!
