Found this cute little shop on Unilocal.Been in search of a GOOD place to get my eye lashes done at.
Receptionist was kind, attentive, provided excellent customer service, and very helpful when I was being indecisive about my appt time. (Had to schedule it around the times I was kid free)
Was asked to arrive 15 mins early to fill out paper work. Appt time was 12pm. I arrive at 11:45. Filled it out and as soon as I gave her my documents I was greeted by my tech, Nina right away.
The whole thing took 45 mins for my full set. Which is incredible timing for me from what I’m use to. I use to go to someone else inside Alex Burton’s Salons and she would take 3 hours which felt like an eternity for a full set and 2.5 hours for a refill! Who has that kind of time? To say the least, I stopped going because I did not have 3 hours to spare just for my lashes. Thanks but no thanks!
Back to what I was saying! I love the fact that my tech was nice, she was careful, and quick but did an amazing job. I wear glasses most of the time, and she did the length to where it wouldn’t hit my Lenses.
Prices are reasonable too! Full set $ 75. And refills are $ 40. I can do that!
I will be coming back regularly for my refills and will refer everyone here.
Note: NINA only works Wednesday-Friday’s only.
Another note: they have a strict no show policy. Must give 24 hour notice if u can’t come or they will charge your credit card $ 25. (U leave your CC info on the application u fill out at check in). I know that may be an issue for some people but it seems completely fair to me.

This was my first time visiting this place as I was referred to by another customer and her lashes looked great, so I figured mine would be as well.
Initially, I had booked this appt a few days before my wedding with Theresa. The day came to head to my appt and I received a call from the salon about 40 mins before my appt saying that I would need to reschedule for tomr since my tech was out sick. I was understanding bc these things happen. So the next day, I head to my appt. I knew my tech was still recovering from being sick bc you could hear the congestion in her voice. Even though she was well aware that she was sick, she did not wear anything to cover her mouth while applying the lashes. If you’ve ever gotten your lashes done, you know the the tech is right above your face. I thought that was completely unsanitary.
Another thing to mention is that the tape that was applied to my eyelids were pressed on there so hard that when she went to remove it, it felt like she was ripping off my tender eyelid skin. I was left with red eyelids afterwards.
My final gripe is that I was assured on the phone that I would be receiving a set of lightweight mink lashes for $ 75 as a first timers special, however, I didn’t receive mink lashes at all, I received the normal artificial thick lashes. Had I known I would be receiving those, I wouldn’t have traveled all the way from Sugarland from the Heights to get my lashes done. I was disappointed since I thought I’d be receiving lighter weight mink lashes for my wedding.
Aside from those factors of my personal experience, the salon itself is very nice and clean.

If I could leave a zero star review, then I would. Here’s why I went here to get waxed: they claim they are also a waxing studio on top of doing lash extensions, it’s in a nicer area, it looked nice inside, had positive reviews (only lash extension reviews however), they seemed professional when I went in initially to check it out.
I have been having crappy luck with waxing places since I moved back home from Austin and I have been on the hunt– unfortunately this place turned out to be the worst of the worst.
The gist of it is that the wax the lady used was too hot (even after she asked me if it was too hot and I told her yes), the waxing process itself was extremely painful, and she actually ended up RIPPING off SKIN from the tops of my cheekbones.
No, I am not on any medication at all, I don’t use retinol products, I don’t tan, I didn’t use a facial scrub so I was shocked too see that my skin had been ripped off. I have been getting my face (eyebrows and recently started waxing my entire face) waxed for almost ten years and this has never happened to me before.
I will never go back there and I recommend that you don’t either if you are looking for a waxing. The women there tried to tell me that my face was just red and that it would go away soon– yeah, it will, after my skin grows back…

The ambience is calming and soothing, wonderful customer service. Theresa is amazing and I will be getting a refill.
The enhancement of my eyelashes give my everyday look an extra ump. This service was a great investment and I plan on continuing this enhancement for months to come.

I came here when this place just opened. For their grand opening, they offered 50% off your 1^st set of lashes which is a pretty sweet deal. Theresa, my tech, was really helpful which I am so grateful for because it was my very 1^st time and I had no idea what to expect. I felt so at ease that I think I even fell asleep. Maybe it was because of the spa music and the really comfy bed. Anyways, my lashes stayed on for a little over a month and it would have probably lasted longer if I didn’t pull on them. The feeling of having lash extensions is amazing. You won’t even feel the need to wear makeup because extensions are just that great. Go get them done, seriously.

I love this place. Leslie does my lashes and always does a great job. They place is clean and very relaxing. They are always on time. Everyone that works there is very nice. My girl friend recommended this place and she’s been coming here since they open.

I think I might have the same person has Sonya. My first visit was fine. The technician was nice and all. When I went back for my refill everything changed. First they want a credit card when you make the appointment now. Okay no biggie I understand. Then the new technician (my precious one doesn’t work on the day I want to go anymore) didn’t wear a mask! Ewww. And Her phone kept on vibrating the whole time! I mean I understand doing eyelashes is not the most important thing in the world but it is your job! If you have an emergency, you can excuse yourself. She didn’t really care to show me how everything looked when she was done either. Was like «okay» and sent me my way. My refill looked completely different from the original set and the lady didn’t care enough to go all the way to the front and back corners of my eyes! I look like a clown! I think I’m done with this place. It was a good place. What a shame that it went down hill so quickly!

First time ever, to do my lashes. I was skeptical and worried at first (I don’t even use falsies). But my first time with my technician, Theresa was amazing! I told her I don’t really know what I’m looking for or how to keep up with it but I just want it to look natural. I came out. more satisfied than I could even imagine! It felt like nothing was even on my lids. It looked natural to me. Best part, for the next three weeks or so. I don’t need to use makeup cause I wake up with my lashes lookin on point.

Really bad extensions! I visited this shop on ⁷⁄₂ and again on 7/​3, There was a bleached blond Asian girl who was my tech who told me she was the manager upon my return on ⁷⁄₃. The initial application was horrible. The girl said my lashes were too short so she decided that she would charge mr $ 50.00 for install of equally short lashes that were mixed in with the lashes I had previously installed. I was very dissatisfied so I made contact with the store via email and was asked to allow them a chance to fix it. I scheduled an appt for 4:00 and was called back to see if I would like to come in earlier and I agreed to a 3:00 apt. I get there on time (mind you they charge customers $ 25.00 for missed appt but have no regard for your time). I sat there waiting patiently and by 3:20 I asked how much longer only to be told another 25 – 30 minutes! The girl who initially messed me around comes out to tell me SHE could fix it. I don’t think so! I asked for my money back and the «manager» had to call the manager to see if this was an option! Oh yea let me not forget that the whole time she worked on my lashes her phone kept vibrating and she would stop working to read her messages. The girl that was supposed to fix the situation kept comin out of the room into the waiting area to get water. Stand behind the receptionist looking at the computer and looking over at me basically wasting time so that she did not have to fix the problem the other girl created. There was a customer there waiting to get her lashes done and asked to see my ladies and all she could do is shake her head and tell me that the installation was not good. Take your chances if you want

This place is AMAZING! Clean, professional, easy to make an appointment, comfortable and quality lashes! If I could rate 10 stars, I would for sure. I used a groupon for my first visit, which made the deal impossible to ignore. When I needed a refill, I called in for an appointment and their power was out. Unfortunately, I needed the refill because I was going to deliver my twin babies a few days later and what stylish girl doesn’t have eyelash extensions for the birth of her children? The eye lash technician actually offered to make a house call! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and really came through for me. This was a huge favor and she did a terrific job! I will be a loyal customer here for years to come just because of this simple gesture. AND I received as many compliments from the hospital nurses on my eyelashes as I did on my babies!

I love this place!!! Been to other places and it is just a waste of money. Here my lashes last so long and the customer service is just on point. I recommend this place over any other. If you are not coming here then you are just wasting your money.

Absolutely love Thereasa! She definitely does a good job on my lashes. They are even and full, I especially love how I don’t even feel them there. The quality of the lashes and glue, also the price!!! They take care of me everytime and Thereasa always makes sure I love the work she has done before I leave. K lash is awesome!

This is probably the only place I will go to because Theresa does an amazing job. I’m extremely picky with my lashes. These lashes are good cause I don’t feel them at all and they look great! I live all the way in Pearland and I drive 30 mins just to get my lashes done by Theresa. I highly recommend this place.

K Lash is a very professional establishment. The environment and atmosphere was very relaxing. The customer service was outstanding. I am really big on customer service and they exceeded my expectations. I felt comfortable and Nina took time to explain and answer questions as she went along. I will definitely be returning.

My «lash tech» had no clue what she was doing the lashes were all the same size and we’re very thick. It made my eyes look droopy not cute. They were all mostly gone by 2 weeks. I will never come back. Save your money and go to ets lashes. The girl did wonderful fixing k lashes mess and they even offer volume lashes.

If you ever want to get eye lash extensions, I highly recommend you coming here! You won’t regret it. You’ll come out feeling brand new!

The venue was very spacious, clean, and modern. The décor was beautiful and the spa music was relaxing. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The prices were very competitive and booking an appointment was extremely easy. The front desk assistant was amicable as well as Theresa, my esthetician. The atmosphere was calm and quiet. The application bed/​lashing area was comfortable and the room was private yet spacious. Theresa was accomodating, helpful, knowledgable, and did a superb job. K Lash Studio exceeded my expectations and has definitely earned a regular client.
