Meet the Business Owner

Daniel E. L.

Business Owner

Homemax Properties is owned by Daniel E. Lopez, who by his own admission has Real Estate as a passion in life. Having owned investment properties for many years and having witnessed first-​hand the economic benefits of owning Real Estate, Daniel decided to start his own company some time back, and is happily building a Real Estate practice that not only has proved to be immensely satisfying on a personal level, but also is congruent with his «life purpose» (you know, the question «what am I here for» that all of us must eventually ask and attempt to answer).

An Electrical Engineer by training (go Cougars!), Daniel spent many years traveling the world as a Sales Manager for a few telecom-​related companies. In the meantime, he dabbled in Real Estate by buying and managing rental properties. Today, he is dedicated full-​time to this profession, helping our Community and utterly enjoying the fact that he doesn’t have to be on a plane very often.
