I like Chipotle. The build your own concept makes it flexible for dietary restrictions and otherwise picky eaters. However I’ve found myself chewing on plastic in my burrito bowls on two separate occasions. The first time was a large piece of plastic to which I pointed out to the staff. The second time was to-go, and I’ve taken a picture of it this time. I rarely give one stars unless it’s horrendous service or food sanitation issues. I’d say eating plastic is pretty bad. I understand a lot of food is packaged and prepped in plastic, but to serve it mixed into the food? Other than the two plastic incidents, this location is really stingy on rice. They scoop a tiny plop on the bowl. Even after spreading It with a fork, it wouldn’t even line the bottom of the bowl. After asking many many times do we get the usual serving size of rice we get from all the other Chipotles. Also the rice is really clumpy. It’s a pity because this Chipotle is in a good location. Great shopping plaza by Rosenberg and easy parking. I would have preferred this over the hwy 6 town center location. The hwy 6 has a lot of traffic, parking can be tricky, and the line gets quite long during peak hours. Welp I don’t wanna eat plastic so I’m not going back to this location!

The line was a little long but moved very quickly. I ordered the tacos 1 steak 2 chicken. The steak was a bit tough but it had a nice flavor the veggies were a bit undercooked they were kind of Crunchy… the chicken was excellent would definitely recommend the chicken

I love Chipotle, everything about it is amazing. This particular location however is terrible. We went in the other day for dinner and I was very disappointed with my entire experience. I always ask for extra white rice which I always pay for, and the man behind the counter was so afraid to give me any extra rice. All of our chicken bowls were so skimpy, not what I am used to when I go to chipotle. Also the girl behind the counter right before you reach the register part kept blowing her nose constantly. Which is disgusting considering she puts all of the food on trays. I will never come to this particular chipotle ever again. I will go out of my way to visit the Sugar Land Town Center location, which is always a pleasure to visit.

Food is best quality with healthy organic ingredients. For these types of restaurants but its over priced and has average customer service. Portion sizes are not always consistent. It seems during busy times they give you smaller portions because they don’t want to do the prep work. Makes me want to reconsider as there are many of these types of places that offer better value, but because it’s healthier and close to home I keep coming. I have to say their grilled diced chicken is the best meat and I usually eat beef! Hopefully someone will listen about the portion sizes. The Chipotle in Town Center and in Katy consistently are more generous with meat portions. The Patron rocks rita is a really nice touch, and much healthier than competitors frozen but equally tasty beverage.

I love this restaurant. Despite Cartman on SouthPark, I still eat here. The staff was friendly, and they restaurant was very very clean. Hit right before lunch rush but was impressed with how clean it was. Also had some different design choices for chairs, which I dug. Was a good experience.

I really like the fact that this is on the way to Rosenberg from downtown. Rosenberg didn’t have a chipotle, but was SO glad I Unilocaled because I found this one! I’m not sure how new it is, but it’s really easy to enter, and once you exit the lot, you can get right on the freeway! Score! This is just like any other Chipotle in town. You can get a burrito with whatever you want(extra charge for guac), or you can skip the huge tortilla and get all the fixins’ in a bowl. That’s what I always do. I haven’t been to Chipotle though in awhile. I like the fact that I don’t feel like they’re skimping me. They give decent portions without overdoing it, which is a good thing for the business(and really great for us too!). I Four stars for the solid food, VERY friendly staff(I was thanked multiple times), the sunshine streaming in thru the windows, and what looks like a new restaurant so things are really clean. The fact that I didn’t have to wait at all in the line at 12 was a plus too. I took my stuff to-go. I did order the brown rice for the first time, and after eating Chipotle for so many years, it DOES taste a little different. Since I gotta save room for other calories, I’m ok with it. I do have to say that this is more of a lunch type place because it was full of long tables with stools. There are some regular tables too, though if you have a small party that wants to not sit in community style. But, why wouldn’t you? Make a new( Unilocal) friend. :) Total cost was a little over $ 8(I added guac). That’s a little pricey, but worth it to me. Before coming here, I was already a fan of Chipotle. I like how all the flavors work together, and I think it’s generally pretty fresh. You get to see them make your food, and at least you can pick and choose the things you want. No rice makes for a good salad bowl. PS. I’m really really excited that I’m able to write a first review for an establishment on Unilocal.Wootwoot!
