Cardiology Specialists Of Houston

I went to Dr. Rozo to check out my 16 year old for low heart rate. They rescheduled the first appointment. On my first time my son was asked to reschedule to «staff training». Finally on his first appointment he needed to wear a heart monitor for 3 days. He did and I returned it the next day to the office. I was told results would be in 3 days. We made the appointment after 3 days for a follow up on ⁸⁄₃₁. Today (⁸⁄₃₁) I received a call 2 hours before my appointment that the doctor has a family agency and couldn’t see my son until September 10! I could not believe I have to wait another 10 days to hear about results of a heart condition. I was so appalled especially since I’ve been waiting already since last week. The receptionist stated that it’s probably not urgent because he would have seen me right away but it’s scary when you have to go into office to find out. This office has terrible way of scheduling appointments and KEEPING them!!!
