History

Established in 2003.

Our doctors and staff work to care for your visual needs. We also want to meet the needs of our mutual community. We have a history of partnering with our patients to positively impact our community locally and globally. We have had a food drive in conjunction with the East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry. During the year, we partner with you to send one pair of glasses to a child in need for every pair of glasses that you purchase at our office. These are just some examples of how we have worked together to impact our communities.

Meet the Business Owner

Dr. Edward F.

Business Owner

Dr. Fong comes to us from the Baltimore Veterans Administration Medical Center where he completed one of the top residencies in the nation for ocular disease. Upon finishing his residency, Dr. Fong completed additional training in Washington, D.C. at a prominent center for children with learning disabilities, reading disabilities and developmental delays. Dr. Fong brings to us expertise gained from working with children from all over the globe spanning from Japan and Israel back home to here in Sugar Land, Texas. He has acted as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Houston mentoring and teaching future doctors.

Dr. Fong often speaks at lectures and conferences. Dr. Fong enjoys being a father and husband, playing basketball, cooking and teaching Sunday school at his local church. One of Dr. Fong’s best attributes is his passion for his patients. This drives him to try to understand his patients’ needs and to provide individualized solutions to each of them.
