The manager here is one of nicest ladies ever! We came in mid week. It was a tough week for me already, much needed ice cream! I tried the October flavor of the month and I thought it was amazing! The banana split one-​meh, no thanks… but man, the October flavor of the month is incredible.
I wish they offered it all year around!
The manager was the cherry on top, she was on top of it, super polite and just made the visit that much better! She insisted we try some flavor a, showed patience, and was very courteous!

Line was close to the entrance when we walked in. Usually I order the one which taste like coffee because its pretty close to hagaan days flavor. Yesterday, I tried very berry strawberry, and it had chunks of strawberries. Total delicious with just the right amount sweetness. I heard someone mention pineapple and looking forward to trying that one next time.
Staff was nice and continue to serve though It was closing time. Plenty of seating and parking. You get a coupon for your next serving after you fill out customer service survey and also coupon for cake. Just got a reminder we have a friends birthday in April, perfect timing.

Poor service and cleanliness. No customers in the eating area and several tables have melted ice cream smeared on them. As a lady asked about what I’d like, I asked to sample a flavor. She then went back to doing her paperwork. Several minutes passed before asking if I was ready to place my order. Umm yes, the moment I tasted the sample I was ready. The biggest disappointment; no bathroom. I’m baffled how a place that serves food does not have a restroom.

I have been to several baskin robbins location in the past and this location definitely deserve 5 stars! The manager Marc is super friendly and made sure my order was right. I just picked up a friends birthday ice cream cake today, and the cake came out perfectly and yummy looking! :) just cant wait to try it tonight. (They also have coupons currently for 3 $ off for cake minimum order of 15 $ just in time for the holidays or a special occasion.)

Was in the mood for a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich and happened upon this place. They didn’t have what what I was looking for, so I tried something else.
These places are rather small and the seating is rather crowded… no exeption here!

I love the ice cream here, I love that they offer a wide range of low-​fat/​half fat/​diet friendly ice creams.
I just wish the staff was a bit more friendly :-/

I think it is partially nostalgia that brings me back here. Also it can be a bit boring to eat the same frozen treat every time, so it is good to throw this in for a change of pace if nothing else. I took my niece here on our most recent treat excursion. Some of the flavors are seasonal, while others are pretty much there until they get discontinued. When in doubt, check online to see if your favorite flavor (s) are there. Also they send out frequent coupons via facebook and email so if you are a frequent patron, make sure to scope out those deals. This time I got the lemon custard, which I think it is flavor that I have never tried before. It was more sweet than tart, but still good. I do wish they had more fruit to top your ice cream with for that is my fav, but all in all they make a good scoop of ice cream. Also I have gotten a few of their ice cream cakes throughout the years, and was happy with all of them.

If it wasn’t for the classic flavors and the nostalgic taste of Rainbow Sorbet, I’d give this location 2 – 3 stars. I’m not big on writing on reviews, but I can’t help but feel bullied and rushed into ordering ice cream when I see a certain woman that works there. She is very intimidating and I’m sure has angered or scared many customers including myself :(
Try a smile, a joke, or casual banter… it will not help this ice cream ogre. Good luck!

I go here only once or twice a year. When it’s 31 cent day for ice cream or when it’s my birthday and i get free ice cream. The store has been in Sugar Land for AGES and has made it through all the new competition and location.
Ice cream here is solid and standard of the expectations of what you would have of baskin robbins. it’s small inside but they keep it clean and not sticky which can be a problem in ice cream joint.
staff were friendly and let us sample almost every flavor before we bought our ice cream so it was a great guilt free time.

I think I have a sentimental attachment to this place… which may explain the four stars. The ice cream itself is a solid 3 to 3.5 stars though. Just sayin.
As a kid, I use to go to this location to get my ice cream fix and it still brings back good memories whenever I drop by. I like this location because it’s still relatively unknown (i.e. uncrowded, even though it has been there for years) and the people that work behind the counter are nicer than the ones in the Rice Village location.
Some of my favs include: mint chocolate chip, cookies & cream, and (when they have it) the oreo outrageous!
For those of you who live in SL, it’s located next to Plato’s closet in the old Randalls plaza. FYI: I don’t think they have soft serve here.
