The worst apartment I ever lived at… I lived there for 2 weeks and one night I discovered bumps all over my arms, back and legs… yikes didn’t know what it was… I Googled it and it was bed bugs… omg…I tried to get management involved the next day… they said they would take care of the bed bugs… I said ok… but there was a catch… they made me pay $ 270… what!!! they said I am required to pay for it… so I decided to save money and do it myself… I cannot sleep like this. After several treatments… the bugs went away… I called around and found out many people come over and sleep on the carpet… these people sweat all over causing bed bugs eggs to form all over… I wished management would disinfect the rooms before they take my money and also other people’s money… Another pest is little spiders, they like to hide in the closets and in the corner of the rooms… just use glue traps since management will not help you… The workout room is ok if you are by yourself. …if you have other people there it my smell cause some tenants have a very stink cultural smell. .you will find out if you go to the thus gym. Another complaint I had was parking, some people like to double Park and sometimes even Park very close to ur car… make sure they didn’t ding your car cause these tenants are not honest… it’s very hard to find parking space at night after 8pm since these tenants have 4 to 8 people living at a 2 bedroom apt which creates a lack of parking spaces… some people even Park in handicapped without tags. Rent: be careful of hidden charges … they charge for every little thing… if your rent was 1250, it could go as high as 1,550 with all the hidden charges… when you leave the apartment after your contract. The management will find every way to take your whole deposit even if your place is clean.

The apartment itself is maintained well, clean and pretty safe. The response to any maintenance request is fast. I did feel upset when I needed to pay the late rental during the management change and launch of new online system. But it’s understandable that there’s issues during any change and they were trying the best to have things work. Right now, months after the change, looks like everything is on track now.
