History

Established in 2012.

After working at various dealerships, I was always surprised at the large number of dissatisfied customers and exorbitant prices charged. I also felt that customers should be treated right and we should provide them with true honest service and not just lip service. As a result, I set up A&M Mobile Mechanics as a way to provide the best quality repair and service with a focus on the customer experience. This includes the first contact, communication of the concern, reasonable prices, and a great repair and follow up.

Business Owner

I was born in Hartford, Connecticut but moved to Texas as a child and began the second grade in Houston. After completed high school, I studied at Texas A&M University. I worked as a teacher in Texas and in various posts overseas while completing my MA degree.

While teaching was always exciting, I always had a desire to pursue my passion of automobiles and repair. I attended Universal Technical Institute in Houston and graduated with a specialization in Nissan/​Infiniti products and was a student in the Audi Technical Academy. I have worked on vehicles in dealership and independent shops for years and was always interested in learning and diagnosing difficult issues.

During my time at various repair facilities, one thing was always consistent. The customer was often misled and treated as an afterthought and a «cash cow». I decided that this completely unacceptable and opened A&M Mobile Mechanics to provide truly great service at the customers home or business. Give us a try today.
