Unique Refinishers

Just had my tub/​tile reglazed… looks like new! I’m excited I won’t have to try to hide that tub from guests anymore.

I would NOT recommend unique refinishers. I have never dealt with a company that makes so many excuses. I called them in October to tell them that my tub they did last October wasn’t looking very good. It was chipping and rough to the touch. They told me I needed the original invoice number and date of service. I told them I could not find it. I asked if they did not have their customers in the system. She said no, invoice numbers only. Really? We filled out a form that they requested and sent to them. They were not willing to help me out at all. Always told me they would call back, but until just recently then they sent a new bill for $ 400 to fix their job that was bad. I decided it was easier to buy a new tub and not to deal with their terrible customer service. Unhappy customer Lynne p

The review from 2012 is more accurate and I REALLY wished I had paid attention to it. I posted a review and was contacted by their president that the contract for work has a clause that says I cannot share disparaging remarks. I guess ‘disparaging’ is open for interpretation. enough said.

I have never in my life dealt with a company whose employees are as unprofessional and RUDE as these people are. Save yourself some aggravation and find someone who is pleasant to deal with.
