Executive Valet Parking

These guys are so good. I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve used them for the last couple years and have never had an issue, actually just the opposite, I’ve always had prompt courteous service. I seldom write reviews but after my last experience there, I had to. I came back to CT early this morning at 2 AM from Florida. Winter Storm Jonas had delayed my flight and dumped snow all along the east coast. As usual, I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes for them to pick me up at the airport. When I got back to where my truck was, it was running, heat on (as usual) but also the whole truck was cleared off of snow. That’s a great feeling after traveling. THIS is how you create loyal customers. Highly recommend!

I have used the service four times and have been consistently impressed. Their prices are affordable and it has never taken longer than 10 – 15 minutes for my shuttle to arrive. I will be using their service in the future!

Ok so last year I parked in the cheap Bradley lot and came home to massive snow which hampered my ability to find the damned car (with two tired young kids in tow) AND then I had to dig myself out after that…
Executive Valet is prompt, courteous & has your car waiting warm & toasty when your return from your trip. Why mess with a great vacation? It’s hard enough coming home… did I mention I have kids and they eat in the car too?
This year I decided not to chance snow as well as splurge by adding on their deluxe interior (only) detailing service for around $ 90. Compare that to other places you have to arrange drop off for your car — the convenience factor combined with the price made my mind up. Merry Christmas to me!
This is an old 2002 Subaru Forrester that I bought used in 2009. When I picked it up at 1 am this morning — I was blown away. They not only cleaned every surface & all the crud stuck in corners BUT they got stains out of the seats that I had tried to hand wash over the years with no luck. Didn’t hold much hope they’d be gone but wow — I wonder — did they scrub the upholstery likes 3 times? Had to. It looked as good as when I bought it from the dealer.
And the icing on the cake — they also replaced my old crumbly floor mats! Who does this kind of service??! These guys do. And not a penny extra. That’s why I am taking the time to write this review.
Do yourself a favor and drop your car at Executive Valet next time you have a trip out of Bradley airport. And add on a car service — you’ll be glad you did. Check their specials online too — I didn’t pay full price for parking either.

I travel nearly every week from BDL, and I park here every time. I find the staff to be incredibly courteous, and I’ve never had a problem with the shuttle. The staff is incredibly courteous, and their facility is very nice. They’ve also always worked with me when I’ve been running late for a flight. I recommend them highly.

I’m torn on what to rate this business. I’ve parked here 4 times. It’s a good deal, the people are friendly and we always have a good customer service experience. However, I’ve had 2 separate issues. The first time we parked here, we parked for 2 weeks for our honeymoon and when we got back my car battery was dead and it had to be jumped. This time we parked for 9 days and when we got back my airbag light came on. I bought my SUV about a year ago and the airbag light has never been on. I called them when I realized it wasn’t going off (about 20 minutes into my drive home) and the woman on the phone told me that it could not have been their fault because all they do is park the car and leave it until you get back. I told her that this is the 2^nd issue we’ve had with them and she said she would look into it and call me back. 19 days later… still no call back…
It looks like others have had similar issues here. Like I said, I’m torn… we’ve always had a good experience except for these two fairly large issues.

Convenient shuttle and friendly, helpful drivers. Car was ready to go when shuttle arrived back from airport. Be prepared to pay an extra day. They tell you in the fine print that they use a 24 hour clock. So if you are gone for 7 days, but come back later than the time you left, you get charged an extra day. I feel a little deceived, but I am sure some other places do the same thing.

Reasonable prices. Solid service. Never have had an issue with this company. Nice to have the car warming up as you arrive home.

Dropped off my car @ 430AM on Monday for a 6AM flight, arrived back around 9AM on Thursday and was charged for four full days of parking.
Called immediately upon return and was told its their policy to charge in exact 24 hour increments. The manager Amber was good to her word rectified the situation and I am once again a happy customer.
The service was never a problem, a cheerful driver at 445AM when I was barely awake and a 13 year old who never flew before who was blindfolded as it was surprise, and all went smashingly. Car was there waiting for me and was dropped off at the car, keys were in it, and homeward bound.

Excellent experience every time. Smooth, effortless, good price and terrific service!

We park here often when we travel and so do my parents. It’s about a 10 minute ride to the airport but it’s worth it. If you make a reservation ahead of time you save money so it’s cheaper than airport parking. The staff is always very friendly and professional. They have you in and out in a flash and warm up your car for you in the winter which is nice.

I’ve used these folks a number of times. Never a problem getting to my flight on time.
Once in the dead of winter, my car battery died when they went to bring it around for my arrival. It was sitting there warmed up as usual, the jump start was a courtesy that was much appreciated.
Get on their email list for discounts.

On return the car is ready to go no need papers in the car, no need for getting to the counter.

Not only did my car die while on the lot, when they jumped my car it fried the head light sockets, My alignment is off, and the paint on my rear bumper is chipping off after they washed it. I’m not sure what they did while I was gone, but my car is destroyed. Do not park your car here! I’ll have to go through insurance to have my car fixed.

I would he giving them really high stars because service was excellent until I got in my car at pickup and saw the huge crack all the way across my windshield. I was told they do not cover broken glass but I’m wondering how that could have happened since it’s been severely cold for months and that didn’t happen before hand. Either they cranked the defrost on a frozen windshield or poured hot water on it. Now I’m out $ 300 and a day of work to replace my windshield and not even a call back from the manager.

This review would be considerably different if not for the actions of management, who honored the price that was actually stated on my reservation. When was the last time you had to enter a coupon code online AND present a physical coupon in order to get a discount? Never, that’s when. Fortunately, despite not having the worthless piece of paper in hand, management found reason.
Executive Valet is a tad farther away than some of the other parking places (in fact it’s technically not even in Windsor Locks), but it’s easy on-​easy off just like all the other places. Buses took us to and from the airport in minutes. The driver was super friendly and willing to handle your bags.
Our car was ready to drive away as soon as we arrived, receipt on the dashboard. Only $ 20 for four days with that discount. A good deal indeed. Even the regular price of $ 7 a day (plus a few bucks in fees) is highly reasonable.

Quick check-​in. Close to the airport. They are prompt to pick you up after you claim your bags upon arrival. A little pricier than we thought it would be even with a discount coupon we had received from our travel agent.

As mentioned previously, it is a bit further away, but certainly worth it. The staff was EXTREMELY up-​beat and friendly (something I don’t often experience with places like this). The facility is clean and new, and the service was prompt and efficient. Great price, but used a living social deal.

Check-​in was very quick, and customer service in general was great (quick pick up, though a couple minutes longer than some of the closer lots, had my car ready, and arranged to put my pocket knife back in my car when I noticed I had it on me while in line for the security screening).
The pricing was fair (particularly with the coupon I found). Check Groupon, AmazonLocal, etc. for coupons.
I also really liked the facility, which is nice and new and well designed. Many of the other facilities have you parking on dilapidated lots.

I like parking here, its about an 8 minute shuttle. BUT, when you arrive back in town… your car is there waiting for you! How cool is that!

When I’m flying from Bradley, this is my choice for parking service.
I first selected it at the recommendation of a friend, and at the time it had better rates than its competitors (not including the airport’s own long term satellite lots). The service has been consistently good, so I’ve not compared pricing since.
Check-​in is quick, and I’ve never felt like I’ve lost time there before getting to the terminal. Even one morning when I’d left rather less time than I’d thought, I got to the gate with time to spare.
Larry gets a particular shout-​out: the vast majority of the time, he’s been my early-​morning driver, and he does it with a big, cheerful smile. That’s impressive at the wee hours of the day.
