Panth3rs was the first martial arts school to offer an after school program with

free transportation in Rockland County and an overweight program for kids and adults. Among all of Panth3rs’ unique programs, Panth3rs now offers a swim program through SeaBeast Aquatics and Spin classes with their new Spin Studio.

History

Established in 1997.

Panth3rs was established in 1997 at the American Legion Hall in Nyack NY. Panth3rs started after Master Al retired from his last International fight in his Olympic training in 1997.

Panth3rs is hands down the best workout program and fitness center you will ever utilize. I belonged to my gym which has a pool, steam room, basketball courts, tennis, locker room and every workout machine you could imagine and all sorts of aerobics classes. I belonged to this gym for 18 years before I discovered Panth3rs and within 2 months, I quit my old gym immediately because of the discipline and results. Seriously, you pay 10 $ a month to go to Planet Fitness for a reason, to waste your time and not get results. I strongly urge anyone looking o lose weight, get stronger and get in better shape, to go give a complimentary try. You’ll be hooked!
