Deborah was a pleasure to deal with. She was courteous, prompt and professional, unlike mutliple other taxi services we’ve used in the area.
She was waiting at the train station when we got in, as we’d been in regular communication a week or so in advance to schedule our pickup, and at the last minute she even accomodated our unexpected hour-early arrival!
We enjoyed talking to her as she was knowledgeable about the surrounding area and had some very helpful weather tips for the weekend of camping we had ahead of us!
We’ll definitely be calling for her taxi service again!

I have heard that she is quite a nice person and a good service the problem is that she is not reliable and not available most of the time. You can’t have a taxi service when 80% of the time you’re not available in my opinion.

Wow! What a joke!
I called for a ride but was turned down because Deborah was not in the mood to deal with the traffic today. Those were literally her words. That’s actually her job!
The best part is, I was able to get a cab at the train station and there was absolutely no traffic. Was at my destination in 20 minutes.

Is this a joke? So no one actually picks up the phone, just voicemail. Ok leave a voicemail and never get a call back. Yep only game in town, but you’re better off walking.
If you’re going to offer a taxi service, then do it. Taxi driving is not rocket science: answer the phone and pick people up.

I called her to pick me up and she forgot. Enough said. Then we talk about my need for a ride due to my car in the shop. After that she badmouths the place and tells me a story about them. Next thing I hear is that her husband is a mechanic. She also couldn’t take a credit card.
After all is said and done, she is a small business and maybe it was just a bad day. So if you use her call again to confirm. I mean no harm

She had me at hello! Her voice was soft and sultry, her price right on. Very cordial and actually wanted my business. She has a great sense of humor, but even better, said «you will never be stranded!» Gotta love a person dedicated to their trade. My business goes to Deborah Taxi.
