Get In Shape For Women is a place to transform your body while being in a community like setting. We offer a unique 4 component program that includes cardio interval training, weight training, nutrition consultations and accountability, which means weekly weigh-ins. On top of this, we are constantly connected to you whether it’s via phone, texting or email, to ensure you’re feeling good and continue to stay motivated to move towards your goal or maintain if you’ve already achieved full body transformation. Additionally, we’re creating a tight knit community via outside activities and workshops that include run clubs, life coach seminars, & visits from nutritionists. If you’re looking for a family outside of the home, this is the studio for you.

I left the corporate world over a year ago to invest my time and energy into helping women achieve total body transformation and I haven’t looked back. I personally love to workout and have 2 young boys. How you treat yourself translates into everything you do; if you’re happy, everyone around you will feel that energy.
