I am a full service/​full time real estate agent. I have extensive experience in investment and rental properties as I renovate, own and manage properties throughout Morris/​Sussex and Essex counties and have for the last 16 years. In addition I help other investors make intelligent purchase and renovation decisions as well as advise and help them manage the properties they hold. Although I work well with like minded investors I am never too busy to work with private homeowners looking to make smart purchase decisions or those looking to get the best return on the sale of a personal property.

My extensive network gives me access to funds and solutions for a wide range of projects. I can often suggest solutions that others are not aware of and truly am an «out of the box» thinker. Actually, I am not even sure I know what the inside of the box looks like. I welcome the opportunity to discuss your real estate questions and concerns to determine if I am able to help you establish or reach your goals.

Growing up and boating my entire life on Lake Hopatcong has given me some wonderful experiences that I love to share with others. I get great pleasure in dealing with lakefront properties and owners/​investors as well as those looking for the lakefront living lifestyle.

I find that my people first attitude works best for me and suggest that when looking for a real estate agent you should use the same technique. Find someone you can relate to as this journey through life is short.

I am very excited to be using so many of the skills I have developed over the years in my real estate business. Starting with my formal college studies at County College of Morris where I obtained a Associates Degree in Photography Technology and also studied business. This technical background gave me a wonderful base to build my artistic studies on. My Bachelor of Fine Art (BFA) degree with a photography concentration came from New Jersey City State University and allowed me to explore photography and art in an incredible time of rapid change, very close to the mainstream of NYC. While I was working for The Star-​Ledger over 13 years working my way up to Senior Photographic Specialist I was also purchasing, renovating and renting out properties in Morris/​Sussex and Essex counties in NJ.

Prior to that, my first two years of college I worked full-​time in construction to pay for my schooling. I credit this experience with sparking my interest in renovations and rehabs.
