McDonald’s

So it’s come to this, writing a review for a McDonalds. Normally, I wouldn’t consider it, but this time it is especially warranted. I’ve been going to this particular location for a long time now. It’s never been one of the better restaurants in the chain, which I’ve come to expect it at this point. Now I understand the concept of «fast food» … Or in this case «not-​so fast food.» When ordering, I expected a quick delivery. I can understand small hick-​ups, we are human and it happens. However, this location has been consistently sub-​par. Barring the time to get to the window itself, I spent over five minutes waiting for someone to even take payment. I could easily see why – the poor girl helping me was not only taking orders, but was also staffing the counter and working food prep. As hard as she tried, she was simply stretched too thin. She attempted to help me more than four times before finally being able to accept my payment, because she was so busy. I do not at all fault the employee, but the poor management who consistently understaffs.
Long story short, it’s fast food. I don’t expect much. But even with a bar set low already, this location still disappoints.

Just sat in the drive-​thru line for 45 minutes. This was not due to one problem order or customer. Every car sat at the window for way too long. One car had ordered only a shake and sat at the window over 5 minutes. We ordered 2 salads and one parfait — all of which are pre-​packaged — and sat for 7 minutes. Didn’t realize there was another fast food restaurant directly across the street until we got to the window — otherwise we’d have gotten out of line and gone there. Should have parked and gone inside — but honestly the pace inside may not have been any better.

HORRIBLE! Wed. morning I asked for an Egg McMuffin with a Diet soda and got a ham biscuit with a regular soda. Thinking maybe it was me and I ordered the wrong number I went back Thursday to try again. This time I ordered a Bacon egg and cheese bagel meal and a diet soda with an additional BEC bagel for my co worker and a diet soda, I gor a Steak egg and cheese bagel and a sausage and cheese NO egg bagel. I am not sure what the problem is with this McDonalds, why they cannot follow direction or even understand simple orders (#10 with a diet soda) or if they just do not care, either way STAY FAR AWAY! Use the one on route 46 it is closer and much better!

I will never return to the Mc Donalds on rt 10 in Succasunna again, that place is a absolute insult to the chain. First of all, all the employees are BSing in Spanish, my big mac was dried out and over cook, the fries seem to be seating around for quite awhile. The place is long overdue for a rehab, it is old and outdated and dirty looking. I visited the Mcdonalds in the Trade Zone center in Mt Olive and it was a whole different experence! The employees were friendly the place was clean the food was fresh and everyone spoke ENGLISH! Take my advice and patronize the one at the Trade Zone, trust me there is a MAJOR difference.

I feel kinda strange writing a review for a mcdonalds, but here is the deal. There food is all the same caliber and you generally know what your walking into unless you have lived in a box for the majority of your life.
This place his consistently horrible though. You have a cookie cutter menu and they still cannt get orders right. Most of it is due to having a non english speaking staff taking orders. But even the night time manager was horrible. For a fast food place it should be pretty simple to make a burger, so when you screw it up, dont hassle the customer trying to say that its there fault. If i ordered one thing and you give me another fix it.
If you do really have a craving for McDonald’s do yourself a favor and go to the one on 46 maybe 2 mins from this place. The staff is nicer and they have yet to mess up a cheeseburger on me.
