Burlington RV Superstore

Terrible! Spent decent money on a camper that I do love! Everything was fine until after pulling it of the lot and 20 minutes of running the furnace on a chilly morning the furnace decides to shell its self out. Contact Burlington they say the problem is not there theirs and to call grand design. WTF. You sold it, talked me into a extended warranty, then do nothing to help me? Very very very disappointed! Finally after some back and forth calls Burlington has agreed to repair it with Grand Design reimbursing them. Now I just have t wait for a appointment

You are better off going to NEW GENERATION RV on hwy 50 not far from the city of Burlington. They have a great selection, awesome prices and wonderful staff. They take care of everyone no matter where you made your purchase, you are priority to them even if you bought it elsewhere.

Worst experience ever. We called to see if we needed an appointment and were told no. We get there and waited almost 2 hours to talk to someone we went up to the desk to ask again for someone and were told it was very busy and that it would be awhile. I asked if they were understaffed fir the day or something thinking I could try and understand and the rude lady at the desk said it was first come, first serve and I would have to accept that. So we told her that we were leaving and would never spend money here and would tell everyone we know not to come here. She rudely told me that was fine… The kids play area was great and the showroom and lounge were very nice but I have to say if they can afford to put in a flashy waiting room and expensive kids area as an RV buyer what are you really paying for? We went to a smaller dealer and got a great deal on a camper at a much lower price than Burlington RV. Steer clear of this place!

We had a step on our Winnebago Brave RV that would not go down. We saw Burlington as we passed on the freeway. We stopped and they replaced all of the step parts and got it working perfectly in a couple of hours. We could not have been more satisfied with the experience. They also had a great lounge and elaborate play area for kids to make the wait easier.
