Great hep, great staff, great experience!
I was dreading to have to get a new phone as it’s never an easy experience like it was back in the early days of cell phones. I was thinking of going to an Apple store but thought let me try a Verizon store before I go through that long process. And I’m very glad I went that route. Tammy and her staff, there was a gentleman there that I can’t remember his name, was super cool and very nice. They gave me a super great deal on the iPhone 6S because I was up for a rebate due to my program. They downloaded everything for me and showed me how to use some of the new software. I was very pleased and very happy with the experience I had. Two really wonderful and professional employees. If you live in this area I highly recommend going to this Verizon Wireless… and even if you don’t live in the area, they’re worth the drive!

I went to this location to upgrade to the 6 plus and switch over from sprint to my wife’s Verizon plan. Well it couldn’t have been easier, all due to the wonderful salesperson named Tammy. Her product knowledge was only exceeded by her warm, friendly demeanor.
I also witnessed her acting poised and patient with customers short on manners. To top it all off, she gave every possible rebate and a ridiculously high payoff for my old iPhone. A very positive experience!

Apparently, Tammy had a few f her friends write reviews for her. Well, I am here to set the record straight: Tammy is a jerk. When I walked in out of the cold, Tammy was headed to the back and had a noticeable look of disappointment that I had walked in. I said, «Hey, go ahead and do whatever you’ve got to do, I’ll thaw out for a moment.» (I always want the person helping me to be happy and I was being playful.) Well, I don’t think there was anything I could have done. She said, «No, that’s okay,» and asked what I needed. She was very aloof. Somehow it came up I am a lawyer and you could see her demeanor change, as if I now deserved respect. That’s annoying since I believe every person deserves respect, despite what their label might be. Anyway, even though she acted a little more professional, she couldn’t help herself and she kept laughing at my questions. I was obviously there to understand the questions I was asking, so I really couldn’t understand the condescension. Finally, when she said «Why would I do THAT?» and all but rolled her eyes, I said «You know, you are a real smart ass» and turned to leave the store. Tammy didn’t try to stop me or say a peep, she had this look of «Finally I get to go on my break» and I walked out, waited a day to cool off, and wrote this review.

Terrible, last time I had to wait almost an hour to make a payment because the manager didn’t have the computer code, and again it happened where they were not able to take my payment at all because the manager was no where around very inconvenient some of the employees are nice and some are very rude, unable to make payment had to drive far, Verizon charges a lot and their service is terrible, they over charges me for phone storage instead of saying there’s no more memory they just bull you, bad service and could not connect to customer service in a Sunday to make a complaint. :(fed up.

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent stuff. We have corporate account with numerous numbers and just tried to separate one line that needed phone upgrade or repair to personal account… It took them nearly two hours to understand and delivered zero result in the end. Story goes: They ran my credit, all approved, then refused phone upgrade or repairs… customer for 2 years, phone completely payed off and she’s saying I’m ineligible… ofcourse in the end when I wasted all that time they pulled «giving you a break» and offered a deal with 400 for phone upgrade completely ignoring the fact I got approved for credit line. I got tired of bullshit and just left. Even their office grandstream phone they’ve used to call real verizon people to fix or upgrade my phone was barelly working, whole store experience was such epic fail on magestic proportions I wanted to shit bricks from dispair when i left. Canceling ALL department contracts on Monday, we had enough. Go somewhere else if your time is valuable… theres better stores with better reps probably but this place did it for us.

Went back there 3 times to complete my 2 I phones purchases, phones were not there on the 1st date, then when I called to see if it would be there on the 2nd day as promised I was told a «little white lie» and after much scrambling they called me in the early evening that they located the phones I ordered. After going through all the motions with clearly a new employee that Tammy was helping get through the process, she kept walking away and having to come back even though there were no other customers in the store, quite annoying as he was being trained and he kept having to summon her over. Well they told me I was missing a document and would not be able to give me the phones. I cancelled he order as I was done with this store, went two blocks down the road and was taken care of and out in no time. There positive review will follow

I sent my assistant to this location to have her iPhone looked at because it wouldn’t power on. Tammy was amazing, she not only got her defective phone up and running for the meantime she had a replacement Fed Ex over night to her as well. I highly recommend Tammy and this location, she is definitely one of a kind!!! Great job Verizon!

Very highly recommend. Excellent service by a very knowledgeable staff who are super nice.
I went in to have my faulty SIM card replaced and Gary did an awesome job. There were issues in activating it but he knew how to handle Verizon’s customer service call center and voilà, everything is fixed. He knows his sh*t.
When things are done right, there is no need to make repeated visits or wait in telephone hell for customer service. That alone is worth the drive even if the store location is not near you.
No b.s., no hard sell, no drama, no attitude. The helpful Honda people in the TV ads must have used this store location as their role model.
Definitely deserves a 5+ star rating.

I can’t believe I’m writing a positive (let alone 5-​star) review of a Verizon store, but this place defies expectations. I originally thought that something shady was going on when I saw that this location was the only well-​rated Verizon store in Los Angeles. After spending a minute in the store, however, it became abundantly clear that there was no trickery — just great customer service.
Peter and Tammy helped my entire family switch over from AT&T to Verizon without giving us any bullshit. No sales pitches, no vague language, no contempt, no attitude. They respected the fact that we did our research and helped us get exactly what we wanted without wasting any time.
If every ISP, carrier, or tech retailer was run like this store, the world would be a better place.

I came pretty far just to get to this Verizon store because of their stellar Unilocal reviews. I went to a Verizon store in Koreatown twice and could NOT get a straight answer from them regarding my phone upgrade and plan. They told me it was «100% free,» but then there was a $ 40 upgrade fee plus the phone charge itself. I asked if my plan would change multiple times, and they kept dancing around that question – seriously, all I wanted was for someone to treat me like an adult and tell me what was what.
So up up up I drove to Studio City and was really pleased with the customer service there. The two guys I worked with (Gary and Alex I believe?) told me exactly how much my phone upgrade would cost (explained how much the upgrade fee was, how much the phone cost and how to fill out the rebate – they even offered me half of the rebate up-​front if I didn’t want to go through with filling it out and mailing it) and how my plan would change (not at all!). Was that so hard?! I ended up pre-​ordering the Galaxy S6 and came back a few days later to pick it up. They helped me transfer my contacts over to my new phone, and they didn’t try to push me out of the store as closing time approached.
These guys really care about keeping the customer happy. They explained every cost to me clearly and went over my data usage and phone plan to see if it was enough for how I use my data (they told me that I was barely hitting my data cap, so no use in upgrading – can’t say that for the K-​town store!). I didn’t feel like I was getting screwed or buying a used car like I did elsewhere.

I went to this location after reading the reviews, and I am so glad I did! Gary and the other gentleman working that day were both very nice, helpful, knowledgable, and honest.
Gary helped me transfer my lines over from Sprint and get set up with iPhone 6 for my mother and myself. He was honest, telling me what was the best deal and plan to go with. My mother lives out of state, so he shipped her phone out, and even offered to send a card for Mother’s Day with it if I wanted to include one (the phone was her gift). I was in the store on a weekend, so he called a couple days later to make sure everything was going okay and let me know her phone had shipped. The customer service here is above and beyond, and one of the best experiences I’ve encountered… especially with a cell phone company.

As a Verizon customer for 5+ years and through numerous broken phones, I had the best service here. I went in on a Sunday afternoon expecting to wait the usual minimum of 30 minutes for someone to help me upgrade to an iPhone 6, but I was helped right away. The guys were super friendly. The phone I wanted was in stock and they helped me set it up quickly.
I doubt I’ll ever go back to the other Verizon stores after this experience. Thanks again!

I was helping a friend in Valley Village with her first smart phone. We needed activation and a plan for the phone. I searched and found that this store was rated with better customer service, better than others in the area, Well I did not stop at all the other stores, but went directly here. Nice staff, helpful and solved all our needs, quite promptly I might add. So It is true this place has better customer service and note. there is a single space in the front of the store on Ventura Place. It does not look like a spot to park as you drive by, but it is and its great!
