The Wagmor Luxury Pet Hotel & Spa

I can’t say enough good things about the Wagmor and the staff! Truly they are amazing! My furbaby Obi has been going to daycare here for about 2 weeks now and we both have had such a positive experience! Also the pricing is fantastic and they send you photos throughout the day! I highly recommend The Wagmor for your pups… big or small!

Not only do I LOVE the Wagmor but so do my pups! The people that are at Wagmor truly LOVE dogs and treat them like family. We use the Wagmor for daycare and overnight stays when we are out of town. They have late pick ups if you pre plan and have the best rates I’ve ever seen!

My dog Milo was always well taken care of at the Wagmor. The staff was great with all of my many requests especially for feeding/​medication for my high maintenance dog with health issues. Andy always did a great job at grooming my dog. I’m sad that we moved out of the area and no longer go there.

I LOVE this place. I have a Golden Retriever and a Shih-​Tzu. The grooming is fantastic, the day care is a great value, and the boarding is wonderful. The staff really loves dogs! Melissa, the owner, is so kind and funny (we adopted the Shih-​Tzu from Wylder’s). I cannot recommend them enough…

This place has a Groupon for $ 26 in Dog Grooming, which they wouldn’t redeem because it was «meant for September» despite having a March ’16 expiration date. After showing the girls at the front desk the discrepancy, their next rebuttal was that Groupon inaccurately titled the promo and it was actually meant for petsitting services despite being titled $ 26 for Dog Grooming. I explained that I already paid for the incorrectly-​named coupon and asked them if they could apply a price adjustment to make up for the money I spent on the Groupon. They looked at each other blankly until one of them responded «No, we can’t, but you can come back for petsitting!» No thanks! I didn’t have time to go in circles explaining how to honor a promotion, so I let it go and left while my dog was getting groomed. I got a call back that they would honor the promotion after talking to the owner. When I returned to pick up my dog, they applied the discount but charged him for a larger breed size. At this point it was getting awkward and annoying, but I informed them that their website’s pricing for dogs under 20 pounds stated a much lower price than what she was charging me. She told me that that the site was not updated and the new pricing is higher. Whoever owns this business needs to take some time to train their associates on handling price discrepancies before they get fined or lose their customers.

The Wagmor is a great place to have dog grooming done. It is the best price in town. They have special sevices I have not seen from other dog groomers: a way to stop all shedding, teeth brushing, etc. I’d like to try their day sitting and boarding. Ariana works real hard and does a great job grooming.

Our PWD does not like to be groomed and she gets very nervous. Last Saturday we went by and the groomer, Ariana, spend some time with her and we discussed type of cut, etc. We dropped our pet off on Sunday. The cut was great, exactly as we had discussed, and our dog seemed significantly less nervous than at other places, where she just wants to race out of the facility. According to Ariana, our dog seemed not nervous and she did not have any issues.
So far, so good and we certainly will go back. By the next time, we’ll see how eager our pet is to go there.

Luckily Wylders opened up this place just in the nick of time for me to board my new and very scared little rescue while I traveled. Even though I know a lot of other places that my clients use for boarding, I’m not sure I would have felt comfy using them without spending time I don’t have to tour them, etc. This place is CLEAN, cheerful, bright and sunny, not too big or too small and the STAFF… that’s the ticket. I talked with about 4 different employees over the course of a week and they could not have been more professional and pleasant and upbeat. SUPER DUPER friendly customer service; I HATE dealing w any bored-​sounding employees and will base an entire business on ONE BAD APPLE. These employees clearly love dogs and their job! Pippi Longshot got to play with all the other littles and they let my friends VISIT my girl while there! I don’t know of another place that would allow a person to come and visit another person’s dog and SIT IN THE ROOM with them! That was bonus! Very easy check-​in process and payment. Parking is a bummer but you’re not really staying, you’re dropping off. Great family-​run biz. They LOVE rescues and are not just a $$$$$$$ storefront. Also, they send you pictures while you are away via email. TOO BAD THE IDIOT FROM NV gave you a bad review for something out of your control relating to credit card fraud… call your bank you jerk! Happens to everyone all the time. Sheesh. Must be a cat person. Joking. I love cats!

The best place for dogs. You won’t find more committed and helpful people near and far than MELISSA and her family. She is there for us ²⁴⁄₇ after I adopted my chihuahua pup from her. Always responds to concerns and those first– time –mom insecurities.
Not to mention all those beds and bags and wardrobe she sells for the little ones in her store. Always a temptation! The Wagmor is a wonderful addition. It’s great to know that my shy girl can go there for an hour of socializing, or, If i ever need it, can spend the entire night there without any worries.

We love the Wagmor! Our pup Hank comes here at least 1 – 2 times a week. He gets so excited when he sees that he’s spending the day there.
The facility is super clean and I love that they have different areas for different size pups and well as different energies. Hank is a high energy dog and the staff is really good about knowing which pups he’d play well with.
We love the staff! Everyone there is so loving, thoughtful and looks after Hank as if he’s their own. I am an anxious puppy mom, so it gives me so much can relief to have him there for some socialization, love, and care. We receive pictures of him at least once a day. They listen to all of my concerns and I can call there anytime to check in on him. Hank’s exhausted by the time he comes home from so much fun!

My dogs are pretty much couch potatoes and like to hang out by themselves so I was hesitant to bring them to daycare. However, the first day I dropped them off I must have called a million times to check in on them and I had nothing to worry about, in fact they were actually having fun. Now after a few times they have found their couches that they like and become couch potatoes again, but I still bring them to The Wagmor so they can have socialization, love, interaction, and people with them all day when I am not able to be with them. They love being in the front room where people walk by and the sun shines in. There are couches, and chairs, carpeting, beds, blankets all over the place so my dogs feel right at home. I have wood floors so the concrete doesn’t bother me. I know it’s easier and more sanitary especially with all those dogs. They also have it set up so the dogs can wander into different runs which my dog Buddy loves to do.
I can call at anytime and check in on them, and if they can’t get to the phone they call me right back, when I leave a message. I have gotten pictures sent to me throughout the day of them, and learned they actually do play ball and with other dogs. Apparently they don’t want to show me that they can have fun. lol
I love Wagmor’s and so do my dogs. They get excited when I say we are going to Daycare.

Cute, clean business. Employees are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I know my dog is in great hands with this team!

The Wagmor has an amazing team of animal loving professionals who have done a great job taking care of my puppy Fozzie while also giving me the advice and support that I need as a new puppy parent! The Wagmor is super clean, reasonably priced and has grooming services on-​site, making it very convenient. They also send me pictures of Fozzie daily while he’s in daycare which always puts a smile on my face!

I am so excited for this new pet spa! Great location. Right across the street from Wylder’s! And it is so gorgeous inside you won’t believe it’s for your dog :). I love it. And you know with Melissa running it there will only be the best stuff!!! Great job!
