The Ticket Clinic

I just recently moved in to the area and being new I was not used to the streets of North Hollywood. I was welcomed into the area with a citation for turning right on a red light. With all the construction on Lankershim I missed the sign. A true ticket trap.
I have been a past customer of the ticket clinic and I new what I had to do to avoid the hassle and costs that the ticket was going to cause. I spoke to Igor and he was the friendliest legal assistant that I have ever spoken to. He informed of the steps to follow and assured me that like in the past, it would all be handled and that my insurance and DMV records would be blemish free and on top of that, no traffic school!
Worth every penny and I hope you get a chance to work with Igor, he is great at his craft.

I used the Ticket Clinic years ago and they were really helpful. The people were always nice when I called for updates and they did a good job of representing me.
Recently, I got another traffic ticket. I called to get some advice and I had a number of questions. The woman I spoke with was very nice and knowledgeable.
I plan to hire this company and I feel good about having them represent me again. Even if they aren’t able to make a difference, I still just feel better knowing that I will have legal representation looking out for me!

I have to be honest in saying I would have preferred to be kept in the loop a little bit better but you cannot argue with results.
I hired ticket clinic and they got all the charges dropped.
If I ever get another ticket they will be the first people I call.

Brandon in the office and attorney Eric Partovi were great! Kept me informed and got my ticket dismissed. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Talked to Mayra over the phone about my case and I have to say they are absolutely professional and friendly. They went over all aspects of my case and are exceeding my expectations!

They cannot perform miracle in some cases. I got a violations ticket for going past the stop line on the ground. It was ridiculous! There were 2 young policemen waiting on the side street for me or anyone else. who probably had to get their numbers up They took off as soon as they gave me the ticket. It was a residential area and I stopped a few feet past the line so I could see the streets on left and on right. Ticket Clinic was great with this as Ididn’t have any penalties or points for this.

Thanks to the ticket clinic, my case was dismissed, my case was dismissed I am happy with the results and the way I was represented buy the ticket clinic. I give this place a 5 star rating. This will be my 3^rd time with this company. The person helping me was IGOR, i love their service because, their patient, understanding most of all (my ticket will be due in 1 wk), he stated that would not be an issue for his company. For someone that didnt comment on my last min calling in for my ticket… cant find any other place that takes good care of you!

First time using ticket clinic. I got a speeding ticket in march and received little communication and routinely called in to find out status and that my case was pushed out until October. I had attorney Eric Partovi represent me on the actual day of the hearing, after checking him out he’s ~1 year staff. The night of the hearing, I receive a PDF file stating that they pleaded «no contest» and that I would have to pay the full fine and attend traffic school. This is my first speeding ticket in 20 years and I got a newb attorney who didn’t do anything more than I could do in court. $ 200 down the drain. The lawyer I received isn’t even on the PDF as a listed attorney. I definitely feel like I got shafted. I still have to do traffic school, still have to pay the fine, I just added an extra $ 200 and months of wasted worry time.
Take your chances.

Hassle free first time using. It was my first ticket and been driving 20plus years, so that might have something to do with how it was easy breezy for my ticket to be dismissed. Regardless (or as some writers like to make up words… wink wink…“IRregardless” ha ha) The Ticket Clinic handled everything for me by getting my first ticket dismissed.
Also, not sure if this was the office I worked with as this was about a year ago and we only corresponded via phone call and email. It was either Studio City or Los Angeles office on Beverly.

After repeated service ticket clinic comes through once again, BRANDON can’t explain in words my appreciation. Your speedy response hard work and friendly voice eased my stressed. I HIGHLY recommend ticket clinic great work once again.

Long story less long, I ended up paying the same amount I would’ve paid if I had just paid my fine from the court.
My freeway speeding ticket after a no show to court and eventually a suspended license ended up being around $ 900.00 bail.
Called the ticket clinic, they charged me $ 300 to take my case. Then after 6 months and absolutely NO COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER (when I did sepak to someone they were BEYOND RUDE as in we ended in an almost screaming match), they send me a letter stating they were able to get my bail reduced to $ 600, $ 675 if I wanted to do traffic school.
All of that for nothing! I should’ve paid the $ 900 and been done with it and I would’ve bypassed the horrible experience of The Ticket Clinic.
I truly feel as if this is a family with one shifty attorney working out of their home.

Yep I needed to call them… Gave the receptionist my info and made a small payment over the phone or maybe via email can’t recall. The fee was 10% of what the fine would have been — cool deal!
What I do recall is CASE DISMISSED!!!
Now I’m reading other reviews and peeps are mad that they rely on the officers not showing up… Well that is basically the game. Most officers won’t show up. Easy win. Since I didn’t show up for court (didn’t have too — sweet!) lol I don’t know how they got the case dismissed… And I don’t care.
Don’t need to call them and it’s a mute point (take some personal responsibility).
Easy to contact, I was informed what was going on (no we didn’t have weekly pow wows but I knew what was going on and just had to play the waiting game).
*FYI I did not have to pay any bail fees ahead of time, just the fee for their service that was it…

This was a disappointing experience.
After speaking with the «Attorney», I had the impression that they will represent me in court and keep me informed about the process and status. Not only was that not true, but I spent extra time trying to track down information and get someone to talk to me. Several calls began with being hung-​up on and having to call back just to speak to someone, who then told me that they don’t have information and I would need to speak with the attorney. That’s why I called in the first place!
I wouldn’t be so upset about the lack of communication if they had helped in some way. Not only did they lose my case (I know it was not a guarantee and I am accepting of that part), but the judgement is HIGHER than the original ticket. And there’s still their fee.
Once I finally got to talk to the attorney on my case, I asked what happened. His answer was that the fines need to be paid to the court. This I already knew from the letter. I asked again, «What happened at the trial?» He told me that they went to the trial, which was set because they plead «Not Guilty» for me at the hearing, and saw the officer there, so he promptly accepted the judgement with the ability to add Traffic School.
Sounds to me like they simply rely on the likelihood that the officers don’t show up for court so they can «win» your case. That doesn’t seem like a good gamble to me, especially if it costs an additional $ 300 to do so.

Definitely will hire them again for my next ticket! If I ever get one. They took their time but did really eventually get my ticket dismissed! I couldn’t believe it! I had a $ 650 speeding ticket! They are lifesavers! Customer service is a little off so its up to you to keep checking in with them. Paid $ 250 for them to represent me. On a side note: the lawyer they had at the court looked really professional. You will most likely have to pay a bail fee to the court (usually around $ 1,000) to get your case to trial. Once you pay that they fight your ticket in trial and get it dismissed with no points and nothing on your record :). You then within 2weeks of them getting your ticket dismissed you receive your bail money back from the court. The court does however keep a $ 25 processing fee. All in all I spent $ 275 instead of paying $ 650 plus traffic school.
**Make sure to check in with them often!
