Whenever you walk by this place, it makes you feel at home an so inviting, the light is always on and door is always open. They also have once a year a bless your pets, bring in your animal an you won’t regret it. My kitty was diagnosed with cancer an lasted longer then Dr. s gave an part could be because I went an blessed him right away, an gave him the best care I could. I just want to say I love how nice an welcome you feel there :) thank you little brown church!!!

Thank you Michael, for welcoming me to The Little Brown Church in the Valley on Ash Wednesday. I have been a longtime resident of the neighborhood and spotted this cute church years ago. I’ve always wanted to stop in to check them out but haven’t got around to it. I’m probably the least spiritual or religious person I know but something about this place just calls to you. They have a 24 hour prayer box and that’s what the Ashes were made from.
Street parking can be tricky but I’m walking distance and look forward to returning.

We were married here 8 years ago In that tiny window of time when our marriage was legalized.
It was only afterwards we realized Ronald and Nancy Reagan renewed their vows here making it all the more appropriate.
It quickly became a refuge of peace, a place of connection.
The very reverent Rev Russell Willoughby resides here and has such a warm welcoming spirit.
Do yourself a favor, visit The Little Brown Church.

Beautiful oasis of blissful, safe, peaceful energy. (And it has a piano!) I’m not Chistian at all, and yet I found myself seriously, un-​ironically thanking Jesus for this. Open 24 hours a day. Great to visit at night.

I was asked to coordinate a small reception here in July and it was so much fun.
I live in the area and always drive by this church and think to myself what a cute little venue this is.
Its open 24 hours a day, and I always peak inside when I drive by it late night.
The reception was really small and cute. The photographer totally made use of the venues cuteness in his pictures.
And I also heard ronald reagan got married here, wild!

Such a beautiful little church! It is open 24 hours a day and the light is always on. I go in there to meditate and just be alone. It just has a great vibe — so welcoming and so private. There is a little box at the front — if you’d like to leave a prayer or write a note. I always feel a million times better when I get the chance to stop into The Little Brown Church!
…oh and Ronald Reagan got married there.

Whether you choose to worship, believe or support religion is all up to you, but as a girl who worships, believes and supports all things cool and adorable, I just HAD to Unilocal this Little Brown Church. It is soo cute and it’s open 24 hours a day.
It’s just slightly bigger than a bread box and it just looks and feels so inviting. Then add the little garden around it and you really just have a great little spot to have a quiet moment with whomever you believe in. Check it out or glance to your east if you are driving down Coldwater Canyon, you’ll see :)
