It was a pleasure working with LA Staging company they are great! My client was debating staging their empty condo to bring more value and provide a nice look to their property that I was going to be putting on the market. After Kam and Tatiana staged the unit it brought so much life and after only having it on the market for fives days we had three offers and are currently in escrow thanks to them! L.A. Staging did an awesome job staging my first flip property. Kam and Tatiana are very down to earth. They were very helpful in accommodating us on a kind of last minute request and the design was just awesome. It went really well with our house. Tiana and Kam did an excellent job staging my last listing. I had never hired a staging company before and they made the process so easy and rewarding. The property looked amazing once they were done and scheduling was a breeze. I had a case where we had a few scheduling misunderstandings with the sellers and Tiana and Kam where so flexible and understanding. They truly went out of their way. They didn’t put me in an awkward position with my seller. That alone and their professionalism was so valuable. Tiana and Kam earned every penny and I will hire them again.

I can’t say enough good things about LASC.
This was a tall order. I needed someone to stage an empty condo in 48 hours.
1) When I first called them, they returned my call instantly
2) They went out of their way to pick up the keys to my condo at 8:00 at night
3) They arrived early and finished installing quickly
4) The furniture is BEAUTIFUL
And, they were incredibly affordable.
Honestly, this is how a company should be run. Selling a property is filled with all kinds of stress and anxiety and it’s so nice to have one thing to not worry about. The entire process was a joy.

(So utterly important when working on a listing that needs to be up in he market quick). They cleaned up after themselves after leaving and made the home look spectacular.
