I went on a whim — I’ve just needed some rejuvenation! Paulo — from Brazil was perfect. He went a little long — but everything about the lymph massage was perfect. The touch, the oils, the energy — did I say«perfect» yet? You can’t go wrong if you ask for him. So excellent!

Received an «Express Mani-Pedi» from Ravit Reitman that made me feel pampered. The ambiance at Spoiled A Day Spa is lovely, very relaxing. Spoiled A Day Spa was calm, peaceful — a great escape from stimulation for a while. Ravit did a wonderful job. I will definitely go back and recommend it to my friends who live near Tujunga Village.

Just wanted to update tiand say that my favorite practitioner Heather T. is no longer at this Day Spa. I’m sure they are still great, but you won’t find my favorite person there any longer, she went into private practice.

I went here on my birthday. They gave me an awesome discount and the massage was amazing. One of the best places I’ve been to. Everyone was so nice and friendly and had a warm vibe. They even paid my parking meter. I will definitely come back.

The Body scrub was awesome and the eyebrow waxing was good. The facial was ok. Would come back for the body scrub and waxing only.

nice place. Very warm, friendly environment. My only complaint is that I paid for a deep tissue massage and got more of a swedish. Also, the room was very cold. For the price you pay for a massage there, you should get warm towels and/or a heated bed or something to add to the relaxation experience.

I got a facial at this place and had a really bad experience. The woman doing my facial was pretty rough and she talked too much and too loud… I was going there to relax. And my appointment was for 11am for an hour. I waited in the lobby until 11:20 and then the whole thing felt very rushed. She finished at 12p, so I only got 40 minutes. I said something to the receptionist and she took $ 25 off but it didn’t feel like enough.

I had a back to back facial and massage and was very pleased with both! The service was on time and thorough. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. I recommend this spot to someone that wants to get the job done without all fancy bells and whistles a real spa offers.

Bought a voucher on Travelzoo and came here for a massage today. I am not sure who some of the reviewers with low stars dealt with, but reception was nice to me and I had no customer service issues. My massage was with Tali and she was wonderful. She had a very strong touch and I left there barely able to keep my eyes opened, I was so relaxed. I am very picky about massages, and I was quite happy with this one. The only downfall was I that the massage room was pretty tiny and I felt bad that the therapists don’t have more room to move about(not that it affected my massage at all — I guess it was just more a perception thing for me) Note — tips can’t be put on a card, so have cash(or check) with you.

Where are the negative stars on this? I had an appointment at noon today for a relaxing 60-minute deep tissue massage; so, why did I leave 30 minutes later more stressed and having never been horizontal or naked? Last Monday, I booked an appointment for today(9 days later) through Spa Finder. I received a confirmation along with a booking number. Yesterday, I received an email confirmation with my therapists name. I responded at confirmed the appointment. That evening at 5:47, Cynthia(the owner) leaves me a voicemail stating that she sees that I have an appointment for noon the following day. They can definitely accommodate me but not until 12:15 or 12:30. They are closing at 6:00PM, so to please call back and leave a message confirming. I got home around 8:00PM and called stating that my schedule is very tight but that I could do 12:15 and to please call me to confirm. I also requested an explanation that why, when I booked the appointment over a week ago, are they calling me less than 15 minutes before closing the night before to inform me that they would need to change my time. I had an appointment in Redondo Beach that morning. Before the appointment, I tried calling the spa to have no one answer the phone. After having not heard from them, I tried calling again before leaving the South Bay(at 10:30AM, website states that they open at 10:00AM). Again, no answer. I decide to drive back up to make the appointment. At 11:30AM, still in the car, I get a phone call from Karyn, Cynthia’s sister. She says she just got my message and assures me that she will drag out the massage therapist by the hair at 12:15 to get me if necessary. I proceed to the spa and arrive at noon. Karyn says, «You’ve been here before, right?» Um, no. You should have that information. I came early to fill out the paperwork you should know you need from me. She thanks me for being flexible and assures me that I will be getting my massage by 12:15. I fill out the paperwork and two more people come for an appointment. At 12:10, someone comes out and comes over to me and invites me back. Great! Halfway to the door, she says, «Facial, right?» No, again. I point her to the woman who I heard come in for the facial and sit back down. At 12:18, Karyn comes back out and apologizes saying she has no idea why the therapist isn’t out. She said she spoke with her sister and she is so sorry and wants to rectify the situation. Her sister will call me to figure something out. I explain how angry I am because I had to cut my appointment short in Redondo Beach to make it to this and had to reschedule the rest f it for next week(another 3 hours of driving plus gas). She blames Spa Finder saying that they didn’t confirm the appointment through the spa. I show her my confirmation emails and ask how then yesterday’s confirmation had the therapist’s name on it. She didn’t seem to have a good answer for that but assures me that her sister will call me to rectify the situation. At 5:55PM, I got an email confirming that the spa had cancelled my appointment, but you know what I still haven’t gotten? That promised phone call.(UPDATE7÷19÷2014: STILL no phone call.) I expect amazing service(both spa and customer) at a place that charges $ 95 for a 60-minute massage. I received neither.

I come here about once a month for a facial. I’m always pleased with the outcome. Jenik is the girl to ask for :) Sometimes I book last minute and she tries her best to accommodate me. Really friendly staff. Nice, clean, and relaxing environment.

First of all it’s not a spa. It’s a beauty salon, but now everyone calls themselves spa. Not very eager to come back. All my experience will leave to myself, ’cause it was quite shocking.

I received a gift card and decided to try out this spa after checking their online prices The lady at the front was pretty nice and the masseuse as well. For this price I was really expecting a far better massage, not that it was really bad but it wasn’t exceptional and the lady kept digging her nails into my back which I thought was a tad bit unprofessional if you ask me. My biggest issue with this place is that they charged me a totally different price than the one that was on the website. I called them back the next day to get a refund and they said they would call me back but never did. I am pretty disappointed with their customer service and don’t like being taken advantage of… Thus I will never come back to this place.

This place is so fantastic. I walked in when I was browsing the street one day and decided to make an appoitment to try them out. Warning, if you do the same it will keep you coming back. I’ve tried 3 other places in LA and none of them compare to Spoiled so far. The rooms are very comfortable and private. The therapists are nice and really care and tend for your needs. Look no further, just get spoiled.
