Blending years of experience teaching fitness with dance moves from all over the world

Rocky brings it, and all of us, together in a cauldron of beats, music and movement. You will leave this workout feeling confident like a dancer. Beginners are welcome, and encouraged to attend.

By the end of the hour, you’ll feel like part of a very happy dance company, whether you’ve been dancing for years, or finally decided you are brave enough to try.

We have so much fun we forget we are working out; but, Rocky takes no prisoners.

About Raquel Horsford (ROCKY)

Rocky a married mother, with a full — time life (though you would never know it from her jaw-​dropping physique!). Rocky would do just about anything rather than shine the light on herself; she would prefer to give you all she has to encourage YOU to be your best self. Her fitness and wellness blog, Rock Your Best, showcases her paramount dedication to a healthy lifestyle; and to sharing all she has learned and seen and done with you. We would write about her booty or her mind-​blowing abs (can you say, motivating??) but she would blush and crack a joke and point out your strengths instead. So we shout out to this beloved teacher and dancer for her extraordinary spirit and willingness to go the extra mile for us. We appreciate it.

When not teaching or coaching locally, Rocky is featured in music videos as fun as Pharrell’s, as sexy as Beyoncé’s, as cool as Lenny Kravitz’s and likeable as Shania Twain. And don’t get us started about her kid.
