Piccolo Chef specializes in throwing professionally produced cooking show parties for kids. We are also an award-winning cooking school and believe that the roots of a happy family start in the kitchen.
My twin daughters celebrated their 11th birthday at Piccolo Chef today and it could not have gone better. Chef Gino was nothing short of awesome. He had boundless enthusiasm and energy and really made all the girls feel special. Lilian organized a suburb party and every detail was perfect. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Last weekend my brother invited me to one of his friend’s kid’s birthday parties in Bel Air hosted by Piccolo Chef. I must say, this was one of the most elaborate and well-put together parties that I have ever been to. They had a full-on cooking competition with the kids! Such a great idea. I didn’t even know things like this existed! There were about 25 kids in attendance and each of them seemingly had the time of their lives. There was a head chef by the name of Chef Gino who acted as the host of the cooking game. Chef Gino used to have his own cooking show on the Disney Channel. He is high-energy, funny, and has a gift for entertaining and educating kids. There were photographers, microphones, embroidered aprons — the whole package. They did a good job at making the kids feel like they were celebrities in their own little show. It was amazing to see the kids react in such a positive way and learn about cooking at the same time. I had no idea that kids could be so into cooking at such an early age! I had a chance to meet the founders of Piccolo Chef at the party as well — Tina and Lilian. They were a lovely bunch. Very genuine and kind. Their concern for the well-being of the kids at the party were obvious from the very beginning. They were running around helping out, participating, and making sure all the kids were having a good time. I can’t tell you enough how impressed I was with the entire party. The concept itself is something I would have never even thought existed, but my perspective has totally been changed and I am a believer now. Would definitely recommend Piccolo Chef to any parents who want to give their kids a TV-show like party with an educational experience as well.

Screwed us over big time! I signed my daughter up for winter camp and she was so excited! We arrived and nobody was there, the camp had been cancelled due to low enrollment and nobody ever bothered to tell us. My husband and I both work and we had no time to make any other arrangements for our daughter. In addition, I paid in full and never received a refund. I have been calling and can’t get anyone on the phone. I will never, never, never sign up for anything here again. A woman called me and told me she«forgot» because she had a family emergency. Then I got an email from the owner saying«here is an email we sent you about cancellation» but there was no email! So now they are lying to me! STILLNOREFUND. Very, very poorly run.

Best little kid b-day party EVER! This is not an exaggeration; it truly was an amazing 4th b-day party for our little guy. Reba is a professional who loves her work and brings joy to every aspect of it. We had Chef Gino as our Master Chef and the man is magical. He kept 25 four-year-olds engaged and on task for 2 hours. For the parents, Reba catered a beautiful table and we had the Surfas Café taking orders for ice teas and lattes– a big win for all.
