This place never disappoints. I only come here for Adonis, amazing customer service. Always puts me in a better mood. The food here is great as well! Love the Rouge salad. And the hookah is awesome and never burns out! Favorite hookah spot.

My favorite hookah spot, I’m here 3 times a week. Awesome hookah. Amazing staff, Adonis takes care of us like we’re family. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Hands down this is one of the best spots to come and get a great hookah. NARBE always packs the best hookah head it’s always on point and after smoking it for a hour it still doesn’t burn which is AWESOME. Kaffe Rough is number one in my books when I want hookah after a long day at work and I wanna come chill it has a great vibe and the service is EXCELLENT. When you come here make sure to ask for Mel/​Melanie she will take great care of you. She is always on top of making sure we are okay and that everything is going good.

Pretty good hookah. Nice atmosphere. The front has a more restaurant feel to it, the back lounge area is definitely preferred if they have any seats left. Ask them to surprise you with a flavor it never fails, they choose the best ones. The Rouge Fried and the chips with pick de gallo salsa are amazing. Parking can be a pain and service can be pretty slow. Overall expect a slightly above decent experience.

Great Service, our waitress was so fun and the lollipop lamb chops were so good I had to go tell the chef personally!

Worst Service Ever!
The food is okay but the service is the worst I’ve had in my life. My friend had to go get the waitress twice just so that we could get water and the check meanwhile the place was empty!

Kaffe rouge was a very nice place my first time there, and I liked it. I would go back again. the food was great especially the shrimp & the pomegranate burger was amazing ! the hookah was perfectly packed right ! and overall deserved a 5 star

Have been there several time love there a lot cheese platter with earl grey tea and of course with a combination of hookah. We got mix of white gummy bear, white peach and bit of strawberry was amazing.

If you’re in the Los Angeles area, you have to try Kaffe Rouge! Besides the great hookah and delicious food, I always come back for the service. Mel and Eileen are by far the greatest servers I’ve ever had! These two girls and the rest of the Rouge family makes me want to come back everyday. Love it here!

a night with a group of friends was ruined just because of the owner/​manager. Every single person that works here need to drop their attitudes. first impression means a lot to me if you want to keep your customers happy. we walk in there is literally 2 tables that are full, and the second we walk in the short guy says let me see your ids and rolls his eyes. He then takes us to our table. we order our food, waited forever to get the food they bring it then its the wrong one. we order feta cheese fries, they bring regular, its ok it happens but to charge me for fetta cheese fries, hell to the fuckin’ no. that few dollars won’t make me rich but the fact that they rip me off i dont like.
there is so many things wrong with this place, starting with the owner. everyone is so fucking rude. it was my first time stepping and it was the worst decision of my life. if they give me hard time so would I.

My go to hookah lounge when I’m in studio city! Hookah is bomb and lasts forever. But the real reason i keep coming back is because of the service i get, SUREN is the BEST! Always makes us feel like family and leave happy. Thank you!

Sunday night we walk in trying to have a good time with a group of friends, the owner or who ever the short baldish guy was, instead of greeting us with a smile, gives us attitude… like what the fuck bro. Do i need to pay you to get you drop your attitude. He was so rude!
Seriously this place sucks ass and they cant run a business for shit. Way overpriced, the waiters don’t check up on you, you literally have to wait an hour to get your fries, not to mention you have to remind them twice that you’re waiting for your food.
They definitely don’t deserve that one star, if i could I would give this place zero stars i would have, idk how people liked this place. My first, and definitely the last time stepping into this overpriced shithole.
Save your time, AND your money and go to a different café where you get treated with respect.
The owner should drop the attitude, and should start taking care of the mess that he so calls business…

I love this spot! Great environment. Solid Hookah. FOOD! The selection varies as well!!! They have chips and salsa, hummus, sandwiches, alcohol etc. Great place for dates, fraternity/​sorority hang out spot, and place for friends. I tell all my friends about it and the employees are amazing. Especially, Mackenzie! She’s so sweet and I’ve known her for months now after visiting time to time. Must visit if you’re in LA for traveling stops as well as I do myself travel often.

This place seems really nice although the server got some attitude problems. I came with my girlfriends past Saturday night and ask to sit on the second floor (it had literally 5 tables open) but the stuff told us that all of then are reserved. We sat downstairs. Server told us that they didn’t have tobacco we ordered after I I finished a drink. We came after midnight and were there till closing. No one ever shoved up for this «reservations». They just didn’t want to seat us there. Manager brought us hitter and was pretty nice, while server really got some attitude issues. Was totally disrespectful

Hukka, beer, food. This place is laid back chill. Careful withe heaters, they tend to turn them up to high. It feels like being in a dryer.

I don’t usually Hookah outside of my beloved Café O, but I came here to meet my friend midway and was delighted. Adonis is an awesome server, very honest with the menu and I thank him for recommending the dessert cookie. It was MAGICAL. The cookie was baked to order, warm, fluffly, like a giant, tastier Chips A’Hoy from the red package, all warmed up with a scoop of vanilla on top.
I also had their chicken kabob. Very tasty foods indeed to go along with the hookah! Nice little atmosphere, I enjoyed the change though I will still be devoted to my Café O. …

Best hookah bar in the valley! Great food, Great staff, Great hookahs. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to try a FUMO all glass hookah. Only complaint is they can be slow with coal replacement sometimes but you just have to ask. Overall great place!!!

Most entertaining and exciting place to have hookah with friends… The manager is amazing, ask for Sunny upon arrival and you will have the best experience … One of my favorite hookah places. The customer service is perfect. They make everyone feel welcome…

Not bad.
I haven’t been here in years. This place isn’t bad and one of the few choices in this neighborhood.
The hookah was $ 22 and it was not bad (on the second try), my friends got a hookah and that had to be switched out as well… so on the second try, the hookah’s good.
The don’t have beer on tap anymore (haven’t had in for years, hence why I stopped coming here)
All in all… not a bad choice. Keep in mind, they do get busy and there’s no A/​C as there are no actual walls.

I’ve been coming to Kaffe Rouge for the past 2 years now and not once have I had one bad experience. The food is always amazing! The staff is always very friendly and attentive!
We came on a Friday night and our host for the night was, Mackenzie (I hope I spelled that right), and she made the night unforgettable! Her positive upbeat attitude added to the night an outstanding experience to never be forgotten. She deserves a promotion or a raise or some form of recognition for being a remarkable host! She aided us with whatever we needed on the spot. Let’s just say I’ll never forget her.
Moving on, I’ve never had any complaints about the hookah. It has always been pleasant to smoke and as for food I do recommend literally anything on their menu (especially their pizza).
You will not regret spending the night here I can guarantee it! Stop by and if you’re lucky Mackenzie will be the one helping you out! Enjoy! Thank you to the entire staff and to the owners for a remarkable establishment.

I’ve been here a hand full of times and don;t necessarily have any complaints.
Service is okay, a little slower than you would expect it to be, food is okay.
The place is huge there is so much room for seating and the couches are comfy.
They are not allowed to serve alcohol after 12, so keep that in mind if you’re coming for late night hookah smoking.
Street parking/​meter and valet is provided.
Almost every hookah flavor and accessory you can think of.

I really like this place. I was looking for a chill night out and I came across this on Unilocal and I totally love it. Originally the girl who sat us was terrible!!! So rude and completely not accommodating. However, we asked for another waitress and she was INCREDIBLE!!! She was so sweet and totally hooked us up with better seating.
SERVICE: Melanie was so attentive and sweet, even though there were super busy.
FOOD: Pretty broad menu, burgers, samplers, chicken skewers, fries, salads etc… Great great food!
AMBIANCE: super chill, good crowd, upstairs is better since there are super comfy cushions and big TV’s, I love their music! Mainly Hip-​Hop
HOOKAHS: AMAZING! They have both Fumo and regular hookahs. And they have a super huge selection of flavors!
Overall: Had it not been for Melanie I would not have been back here. I’m glad she changed our seating and we got to experience the fun!

It’s my go to spot for amazing shisha and I love bringing all of my friends here.
The way the inside is decorated as well as the lighting provides a very relaxing vibe and makes you want to stay and hang for hours. All of the staff working here are so cool and very friendly. The music selection in the background is always on point, oh and did I mention how amazing their shisha selection is!!! So many options to choose from and I can’t forget to add they also have sangria shisha say whaaaaaa!!! Woooo, yeah baby!

Love love love! The people are so chill here. I pretty much know everyone here. Suren and Adonis are awesome to have take care of your table. They literaly come and conversate with you and make you feel welcomed!
You can even possibly come here alone and have the time of your life!
The hot chocolate is amazing and so are their fries.
The hookah is great.
They also have a convienent valet dude who parks your car for five bucks which I find reasonably priced and good;-)

This lounge is definitely a reliable one to go to in the sense that you know you’ll almost always get awesomely packed hookah.
I’ve tried all the wraps and salads here. You’ll always get a delicious choice whatever you choose, so I’m not going to state my favorite; I’ll let you see for yourself. The hookah is as good as home packed hookah. I love when hookah lounges place importance on that as well as customer service.
The service here is TOP NOTCH. The staff is always attentive and make bonds with people. This helps the business because my friends and I sometimes come here just for their perfect service.
I rarely park at valet because I just don’t trust my car with anyone. There’s usually parking down the street, even though it’s metered.
For those who carpooled or ubered, alcohol is served. And my gosh. It is SERVED! Their mojitos are to die for. Get this: I never get mojitos anywhere else. The only issue is that they have to take alcohol off the tables by 12, which can get annoying. I rarely have a major issue with this, but I see why it can be if people come in for a late night session, and alcohol is not served late.

Adanis was the sweetest, friendliest, and most attentive waiter I’ve ever had! He was beyond amazing last night and made sure my friends and I were all satisfied. With his hectic night he would apologize for being absent (even though he really wasn’t) he was just incredible! The hookah and the food were really really good as well but my main review is on this guy! We were all so impressed on how great his customer service was! Suren, the lounges manager, is also awesome! He would come by every now and then make us laugh, tell some stories, and help us enjoy the night even more!
Love love this place, even if (I say if as a hypothetical) what they offer isn’t good id still come because I enjoyed all the people who helped us out! So chill. Food, great. Hookah, great. Ambience, was really really good and fitting and comfy! Service, out of this worlllddd!
Btw the glass fumo’s are totally worth it if you’re sharing with like 3 people. they’re pretty pricey but the taste of the flavors are way betterrr!

My boyfriend wanted to celebrate his 30^th birthday at a hookah lounge this past month so I did tons of research and found that Kaffe Rouge would be the best place to accommodate our large party. I called and spoke to the manager, Suren. He invited me out to see the venue to make sure it met our expectations. He was unable to meet with me on the day I could come in since I set this up just four days before the party but made sure that someone would be there to show me the space and take my deposit if I decided to book it. The deposit was $ 100.00 cash to hold the Casablanca Room, which would be given back at the end of our party or placed towards the final bill.
We had 18 – 20 people show up to my boyfriend’s birthday gathering and there was a wonderful valet service in the front. The Casablanca Room was a private lounge (which also allowed us to separate from the 21 and under crowd since this place is 18+) in the back of the restaurant that was spacey and beautifully decorated with several sections. Kaffe Rouge allowed us to move around the furniture in order to seat everyone in a way that we could all interact and enjoy our time without being in different sections of the private room.
Suren introduced himself right away and checked on our party throughout the night. He was a very hands on and entertaining manager. Our servers, Adonis and MacKenzie, were absolutely amazing! I’ve had experience bartending/​serving for seven years and know that good service really is hard to find. These two beyond exceeded my expectations! They were really friendly and hospitable. They made great recommendations with the hookah choices, drinks and food and made sure that we knew all of their specials so that we could get our money’s worth. Drinks and food were served quickly considering our large party. We also had access to the entire menu but could have had a customized menu if we wanted to. When it was time to bring out the cake (no cutting fee to bring in a cake, which is another plus), they let me come into their kitchen so that I can place the candles how I wanted them and could walk it over to sing to my boyfriend, which made the moment that much more special for us.
The fumo hookah was really smooth and the flavors were delicious! We also order two regular hookahs so that we had three for our entire group. It was more than enough. One of the reasons I picked this place was because in my research, I realized that a lot of lounges did not serve alcohol (if they did, it was because they were a full on restaurant and didn’t have that lounge feel). We ordered beer buckets, a beer tube dispenser that served 4 – 6 beers, wine and tons of drinks that were made with soju. I absolutely loved the rasberry mojito! For a drink made with soju, it was definitely made strong. Alcohol is only served until midnight, which was enough time since we started at 8pm.
We had one bill for our party but were able to pay with separate forms of payment. When guests left earlier, they were able to close out their portion. For the first time with a large party, we didn’t have any issues with the bill!
All and all, my boyfriend had a great birthday and Kaffe Rouge was a big part of that! Thank you to Suren, Adonis and MacKenzie for making sure we had a great time. We recommend Kaffe Rouge highly and will definitely be back!

This lounge is one of my go-​to spots when I want some great hookah and some good food. They have recently changed the menu, adding some edgier items you don’t typically see at your regular hookah lounge: such as portobello fries and a pomegranate burger! I’ve had several items from the menu including fries, calamari, mozz sticks, portobello fries, chicken fingers, chicken quesadilla, some sammies, and of course the infamous s’mores cake. The savory food items are not unforgettable or to die for… but the s’mores cake is just indescribable. It’s a heavenly chocolate brownie topped with caramel, strawberries, charred marshmallows, graham crackers… you get the picture. It’s a mouthwatering experience. They also have a wine and beer menu, similar to most lounges. I usually order tea to wash down my guilty pleasure, which they serve as hot water and several options of tea bags such as chai spice, camomile, berry hibiscus, and mint.
The service is the reason I drive about 15 miles out to have my hookah here. The employees are friendly and considerate not only to the customers but to one another. They are like a family here which gives the place an inviting vibe. The hookah is packed extremely well and is attended to (with a change of charcoal) about every twenty minutes. Seating is cozy, there are three different levels-​the top floor and middle floor are a bit more secluded and private. Parking is available as valet, street meter parking, and at the shopping center across the street (free but at your own risk). I absolutely recommend this hookah lounge and commence the establishment for great hookah and even better service.

By far the BEST HOOKAH PLACE EVER! What made it so amazing was my server aka the manage Suren (hope I spelled your name correct). He made my friends and myself feel right at home and his friendly attitude was just a fresh of breath air. He’s exciting, suave, his recommendations on the hookah mixture was very accommodating. I appreciate that he told me the specials as well.
Outside décor is pretty modern has a club like feel to it. Inside décor has 3 levels. First level is more restaurant patio chair seating. Second and third level are the same except that the second level seating has more single leather chairs and the third level has leather couches and a few chairs.
Food is top notch! My friend purchased the Campfire S’mores & my other friend ordered garlic fries w/​Alfredo sauce. I only ate the dessert but obviously the garlic fries were just as good because there wasn’t anymore on the plate.
Oh before I forget, the strawberry smoothie & sangria shisha were the best plus we had them in glass tanks. Thank you so much Suren for the amazing experience, I shall be returning.
