My flight got canceled last minute and I had to take another out of a different airport than anticipated. Now how was I going to get there? I only had a few hours and didn’t want to take a shared shuttle for fear of unreliability. So I called Intl Limo per a recommendation. No one answered the phone, after calling a few times, so I left a message. After a few minutes they called back.
They were able to accommodate us on such short notice. Our driver, Mike, was very professional and helpful. He loaded the bags and off we went, 15 minutes before scheduled pick up time. He had water and candy available. The ride was very comfortable and smooth.
Although limo service is not my usual mode of airport transportation, International is reliable and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Nice people great customer service extremely clean got everything I needed done! Had the new 2015 suburban! I fell in love with the car but I needed to run all my errands and was already stressed out with work so I had the driver take me to all my appointments! 6 hour trip worth every penny and saved me a lot of stress! Pricing is very reasonable! Made a last day reservation for early morning to LAX. Driver was there on time opened the door asked me if I wanted water asked me if I wanted to go by his navigation or my own way! I said his was fine, once traffic hit he knew where to get off and take back streets to get me on time which took a lot of stress off me! Very successful pick up and drop off!

I been using International limo for over 4 years to the point where I just said put it in the books and no need to call and confirm as its every Tuesday & Thurs.
Drivers are always nice and the cars are clean and are always upgraded. I will keep on using them!

These guys are awesome. I use them whenever I need to book a car service. The customer service is always on point and the drivers are really professional. I wish all like companies had this level of service at this price… especially when I’m trying to book cars when I’m on other states.
Not to mention that their cars always feel brand new and are spotless

Let’s first start off by saying that the receptionist Rosie is excellent, I had used this company for various families that I have worked for over 5 years and I have never had a problem with them.
This past week I booked a trip for myself for the first time. A limo for a special event and I made a specific request for the best limo available with a few days notice. I was assured by the staff that this was noted on the reservation. When the limo arrived it was old dirty and in such poor shape that the engine was laboring and the sky light made a creaking noise about every 10 seconds when we went over any kind of bump in the road.
That was ONE thing, I spoke to the manager who offered to compensate with one hour off. Great, I thought… until I looked at the drop off time and realized that he charged me for an 8 hour trip when it was only 7 hours and twenty minutes.
I called back and spoke to Rosie who said that after 15 minutes they charge for a WHOLE HOUR?! If it is under 20 minutes they do not charge at all but if you are 5 minutes over it changes?! Rosie said, no problem I will tell the manager I am sure he will be reasonable. OH NO! He called me, raised his voice and didn’t let me get a word in edgewise.
Ridiculous, 4 years of business and you are going to treat your customer that way? Charge me for half an hour, no problem… even better charge me for 20 minutes!!! What a racket, I bet you that driver went extra slow and took the long way home just to put another hours charge in his pocket. UNBELIEVABLE — fine with me — throw away a 4 year relationship over your greed!
You can take your dirty old cars and try to get business with someone else.

This is a terrific service, reasonable rates and trustworthy. They are at the airport in baggage claim holding a sign with your name, they handle the luggage and are very professional. Highly recommended!

Best car service to LAX by FAR. I’ve used their service many times before and every time, the driver shows up on time (or sometimes early). I’ve had the same driver several times & he’s always beyond friendly, offering complimentary water, radio tunes, A/​C assistance, and overall a good experience.
I also like the convenience of the reservation system. I typically call in and all my information is already on file. I get my email confirmation and that’s that. Don’t have to worry about any unnecessary gibberish and the pricing is very reasonable for the service they provide. Highly recommended!

Service was prompt and friendly and prices were affordable.
We rented the Mercedes sprinter for transport to and from LAX. The car was clean and the driver Michael was very dressed up and had exceptional customer service. Would recommend this company to my family and friends. Will definitely use them again.

For LAX transport, Intl Limo can’t be beat. I had 3 friends I needed picked up from the airport this past weekend and Intl Limo handled all 3 transports with excellence and professionalism. My friends felt so special to walk off their flights to see their name directing them to their ride. Intl was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process, including when 2 of 3 had flight delay and time change issues. They handled the flight delays/​changes with ease and my friends arrived happy and well taken care of. A friend from out of town unexpectedly needed transportation from San Fernando Valley to LAX and I found Intl Limo through Unilocal. They showed up 10 minutes early, the car was clean and not smelly. The driver was well groomed and courteous. Today with Intl Limo was an excellent experience. I was pleased to find such a service in the north east valley. Fairly priced. Don’t hesitate to call them!

I’ve used Intl Limo for several years now. They have always been early to pick me up, no stress thankfully, and promptly waiting to greet me at LAX when I return. All of their drivers are polite and cordial, a pleasure to meet. And it costs me the same to take a cab from home in Silver Lake as to use Intl Limo. No contest! Use them.

Made a reservation for my GF to LAX and they picked her up on time and was very friendly and accommodating. She had no complaints and was very impressed, driver helped carry her bags to the car, made it to LAX in a timely fashion and helped carry her bags to the skycap. Will definitely use them again!

Okay so it’s not every day that you have to book multiple cars for a Queen but that’s exactly what I was drafted to do by an Aunt and you don’t /​can’t say NO to a Polynesian Auntie if ya wanna live. As with any dignitary they are accustomed to the BEST in service, transport, being on time etc. The entire week the Queen Mother Her Majesty Queen Halaevalu Mata’aho was here she received everything and more from Intl Limo. With constant changes in her tight schedule, last minute requests to pick up airport permits to stay parked in the white zone and on and on Intl Limo never said can’t or was frustrated upon yet another request or change. I appreciated the first class service and treatment and would not only use them again without reservation but do not hesitate now in recommending them. Limo service fit for a Queen ~ Malo ‘aupito!

After a long week at work, the last think I wanted to deal with was the long cab line and nasty cabs at LAX so I called Intl Limo to make a reservation with just 3 hours notice. They were able to get me set up without issue and for the best price around. I appreciate that they post their rates on their website unlike most of the other car services in the area who make you give them all of your information and tell you how much it costs after you’ve basically made the reservation (I only paid $ 5-​$ 10 more than I would have for a cab if anyone’s wondering.) My driver was on time and polite and the towncar was very clean and updated. Will definitely use them again next time I fly into LAX!

I love Intl Limo! This company offers amazing service! Their availability, promptness, and professionalism can’t be beat. Their prices are great and they have the best drivers. I have had some issues with a couple other companies that I have tried but after going with International Limo, I just stick with them for all my limo services.
My friend just recently booked a limo for her birthday and we had an awesome time on our drive. The limo arrived early, the driver was very attentive, and he hyped us up with great music! This is the best way to start a fun night. Thank Intl Limo!

This is by far the best limo service I have used in the Los Angeles. I have frequently used shuttles and limo services for transportation to lax. Intl limo had the friendliest, most reliable, and cheapest rates. For a small premium you can ride in a town car and not a shuttle. I have used them over 10 times and they have never been late once despite booking them on short notice. I could not have asked for more. They are extremely accommodating. I even referred them to a friends daughter for prom. She and her friends were extremely satisfied. I love their wake up calls also. I would prefer intl limo over bigger companies because they have friendlier service and are more accommodating while having lower prices and the same car selection. I highly recommend them to anyone! I will be a customer for life.

Can’t say anything other than I loved booking with this company. It was my friends 21^st birthday the driver came to the place we were being picked up a few minutes earlier so that non of us would be stressing. He was sweet with a great personality. Did not seemed annoyed with the fact that we were all in the most energetic mood. He played music to our liking and was just great all around.
The limo’s are very comfortable. Look brand new. Definitely a great experience. For birthdays and other occasions we will be booking our limo’s through International Limo. I would recommend working with this company to anyone!

I have only had 1 experience with International Limo, but it was a great one and I felt as though I should write them a review, since they currently only have 1 other review.
I got a flyer from them stuck in my door a while ago and I kept it because it advertised $ 55 town car service from downtown to LAX, which I thought was a really good deal if I didn’t want to deal with a taxi or bus. We booked a car just recently and it was wonderful. The driver arrived early and the car was nice and clean. It had water and candy and magazines in the back and he kept the radio off and the ac on and told us to let him know if we were too hot or too cold or wanted the music on. He was very friendly and professional.
We got to the airport in record time for a Monday afternoon and even though the tip was included when we booked the car, we gave him extra because he was so great.
I would absolutely hire them again in a second.
