On Saturday evening, I ordered Fatburger delivery through GrubHub. My husband and his friend were on their way home from car shopping, more than an hour away, so I ordered food in anticipation of their arrival. Both my husband and his friend are vegetarians, so I ordered 2 veggie burgers. I ordered a regular burger for myself. In addition, I ordered onion rings, fat fries and skinny fries for the 3 of us to share. Unfortunately, my husband and his friend also had to share 1 veggie burger as Fatburger only delivered 1. I called GrubHub immediately. They were very apologetic and called Fatburger to find out what happened and how to remedy the problem. It was roughly 7:00 p.m. at the time and Fatburger flat out told GrubHub that they would refund my card for the burger, but that they would not deliver another burger. The girl at GrubHub relayed this to me and I told her that they had to deliver another burger as this was not enough food for 2 men. She said it seemed that Fatburger would take 45 – 60 minutes to get someone out and I told her it was fine as my husband was still on his way. She got back on the phone with them and Fatburger insisted that they would not deliver another burger… that they didn’t have the manpower. GrubHub, in an effort by to remedy the situation as best they could, gave me $ 10 of free grub in addition to the refunded burger. I appreciate GrubHubs efforts and excellent customer service, but I am VERY disappointed with Fatburger. On a side note, the driver had an attitude problem. I’m sure delivering burgers is not your dream job, but how hard is it to smile and be polite. The guys that deliver my groceries are always friendly and cheerful. They lift heavy stuff, have a much harder job and they don’t get tips… yet they still act like proper human beings. Shame on you Fatburger. It’s too bad, because I love your food. I will make a point of avoiding this franchise, as I don’t want avoid the entire chain for one bad store.

This place is everything you should expect it to be. It’s not gourmet cuisine, but it’s Fat Burger, and it’s indulgent and delicious. Husband and I live 2 min walking from here and we go when we want a quick bite. I love their mushroom swiss burger. Sweet potato fries aren’t that great, but again, it’s fast food.

All I have to say is CHANGETHEOILALREADY!!! Fries were nasty! You could taste the 3+ month old oil used to fry them. EW! Isn’t this a health code violation!!!

Loved the Turkey Burger! It was fresh, juicy and made to order. The food was hot and even though it was right on the strip they gave good service and had clean restrooms. With all the places to teat I revisited her for a burger I can’t get at home.

Sign says it, «Americas last great hamburger stand». Very good burger, very good rings, very fair price, honestly made when you order it. This is not a «fast food» burger.

Fatburger is always pretty good. I stopped here last night after catching Pete Anderson at the Burbank Moose Lodge. I am giving this place five stars because the service was phenomenal! Both employees did everything they could to ensure our meal was enjoyable. I really was taken back at how friendly they were! Great job fellows!

Service was ok. Food was good. We received our food with 25 minutes. We asked the cashier if someone can clean the table we were at infact all of them needed cleaning. They must be short staff because the cashier went to clean our table and thanked her. She said nothing so we said it again louder nothing. She went behind the counter when their was more tables to be cleaned.

Service was nice, Pedro was very nice and helpful, they have parking, no drive thru. Two double medium burgers with cheese and two fat fries, two sodas were for 26 $. Gave us alot of ketchup and mayo. The patties were thick and delicious. Though a bit fatty«i guess hence the name» the fat fries were good

One burger with plus fries and a drink costs $ 12. That’s double the price of in n out, which I like more. The burger patty was good, but it had gotten cold by the time I got home, which was just a short drive. The food was okay, but overpriced in my opinion.

I love Fatburger. This is my location of choice. Can’t say if it’s better than In N’ Out — it depends on my mood. Grab the King burger with bacon, egg and cheese plus a fat chilli cheese fries and vanilla milkshake!

I wasn’t a happy camper at all !! :(The burgers had NO seasonong at ALL, very dry, with old lettuce. Family of 6 ate dinner which cost us almost 100.00 for 6 meals… hmmmm… totally NOT worth it. I have been to the one in Las Vegas and had no complaints, hence the reason I decided to bring my family here to try it. 1 star goes to being open late, but sadly we wont be back.

I love all Fatburgers but this one holds a special place in my heart because many years ago, I was told my a total stranger who became a very close friend for a very short while that you could get the primo shit in this parking lot. And I’m not talking about burgers. So This FB gets a full 4 stars in recognition of the extra-curricular business that goes on just outside its doors. Enjoy!

This is my Fatburger. They have friendly staff who know how to cook. Some Fatburgers can’t cook right. Tired of the nasty Mc Donalds meat, get the real at Fatburger. The few more bucks is worth it.

This location is open later than most but they lack on the side of cleanliness I think its the white on white color scheme they have going on. Onto the burgers. Fatburger as a fast food joint is one of the most flavorful burgers around. The fries are on point which is always a must. The XXL Challenge is a decent sized burger but if you are challenging people to get crazy and feel the crap after attempting the challenge whether you succeed or not the burger must be bigger. 1000+ people that have won the challenge is too many for a food challenge.

I don’t come here much because it’s a bit pricey, but when I do I can say that my burger cravings have been satisfied. I don’t know if it’s because there is always a cook and cashier, but the food seemed to have taken a while to cook or because there’s only one register and the line was to the door. I don’t know, but the food was good as always. I got the baby fat which, I swear, is similar to a dinner roll with a baby patty in it. I love the far fries here because it’s the only place you can get them.

This is the second time I tried the Fat Burger chain. Burger was good but It definitely was not memorable. And I think that In-n-Out around the corner may be even better. Why do people like Fat Burger?

This is my favorite location. The staff is great. They are fun, personable, caring and attentive to your order. This location can get busy so I like to order ahead and pick it up. Usually there is plenty of free parking either in the lot or on the street nearby. The food rocks. Yum.
