I’ve been going to Jackie (permanent makeup) for years and she truly is the best in the industry. Every time she does an excellent job and goes beyond to make sure I look my best. Highly recommend her, you won’t be disappointed! My eyebrows looks amazing, very thankful!

So sad to have to update my review and change it to one star. Mainly because of Christina.

I have been coming to Dr. Berkley for many years now. I’m 43yo and decided I was going to go around with Valuma. I’d noticed changing in my upper cheek area. I scheduled the appointment with Debbie (sub for Sharon) when she walked out and I saw her face (Chipmunk cheeks) I started to cancel the appointment. I decided to move forward with this procedure after two long years of research and thinking it through… Not to mention some hesitation because the balls of my cheeks are already so pronounced. I specifically stated to her that I did not feel I needed any more volume in my cheeks because I didn’t want to look like a chipmunk… She went straight for the balls of my cheeks any way! She injected more in one ball than she did the other… This caused my face to be lopsided. Not only that, there were small lumps in The sites where she injected. One of my clients is a plastic surgeon… she took one look at my face, did some feeling around & informed me that Debbie had injected in the wrong spots… And that one chick is bigger than the other in the ball area. «This Debbie lady clearly took zero measurement of your face. There is ZERO product at the hairline area where you need it the most» My client stated. I did have a few other consultations and that’s what I was told as well… I Thought about it for a minute no she had not measure. She also didn’t massage the product nor did she sculpt it in.
I could no longer smile. When I did, my cheeks pushed my eyes closed… my face just looked fat and distorted. This is a nightmare, as you can imagine, we are talking about my face here! There were dents on one side under my eye… still are… Flat on cheekbone area… Chipmunk cheeks (I already had) now even more pronounced. Just like Debbie’s.
A total disaster.
I called Dr. Berkley and requested to speak her… the staff do not want to allow you to speak with her. But this was definitely something she needed to know about, seeing as though, I send a lot of my clients her way… Nonetheless, I still have not heard from Dr. Berkley personally… and I’ve left 2 messages. She has called me back in the past. She is gr8!
Someone was also supposed to call me back to schedule with Sonya, they never did so I called again.
I scheduled an appointment with Sonya… whom I love., in an attempt to fix the problem. Sonya tossed a few options at me and one of them was to dissolve in one side. Really? I spent upwards of 2600. Sonia also managed to get a complementary syringe of Valuma for me.
The lumps were still there three weeks after Debbie had injected 3 syringes. Now a 4^th was being added by Sonya. I’m not sure where all this product went. Maybe It’s just bad product… Sonya tried to fix the botched Job that Debbie had done. I went about my business and once the swelling dissipated from the repair work Sonya has preformed) her side was perfect) and the other side was even more noticeable. Now you can totally see the difference. One side of my face looks popped forward and the other side is completely lifted and perfect (Sonya’s side) I am in a full on panic at this point. I had been b
I called last week, left a message for Sonya and did not get a call back. So I called again over the last weekend and got her on the phone. She said she would resolved and she will contact me on Monday. It is Tuesday now so I called in to speak with her today. I was told by Christina (Rude) that sonia will not be in until Thursday and she’s booking up. Well I have an event on Saturday. And someone was supposed to have called me back yesterday. I cannot go any longer with my face distorted like this. I told Cristina. Then I asked to leave a message for Dr. Berkley. She did not want to do that at first. I told Christina that I’m very concerned because my face is clearly not right! Christina proceeded to just talk over me, In the end saying «2:45 tomorrow Dr. will see you then OK goodbye» and she then hung up. I’m sorry I didn’t ask for a 2:45 appointment… so I called back. First she did not answer so I called back again. She answered and asked me to hold on and I said yes because 2:45 is not working for me. As I was speaking she again, rudely spoke over me «THANK YOU» and placed me on hold. I held on for about 5 minutes and then I hung up.
Called her back to let her know that I did not want an appointment at 2:45 and that Sonya does not need to contact me. (They clearly aren’t delivering messages anyway) Christina said «all righty» and hung up…:/
I won’t be going back there EVER again!!!
I do not recommend injectables there unless you have Dr. Berkley do them.
I do appreciate the attempt by Sonya to fix this problem. I did pay extra for the juvaderm tDebbie listened to me… and took the time to Measure my face, draw a line or something on it… we wouldn’t be having this issue. I swear, she went straight for the balls of my cheek

Thank you to all the staff here at Dr. Berkley Medical Spa. I came in for a Vitamin IV, feeling under the weather and dehydrated. It was very helpful and I feel much better. Thank you. Nurses all professional and friendly, front desk as well, easy scheduling I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend

I have very sensitive skin with rosacia and always worry that a facial would irritate it, but after getting a facial from Theresa, people actually commented on how good my skin looked. A man at my gym said I was glowing!

Hey guys,
Just met someone who used to go to this spa and also had the same horrible experience that I had. It is shameful that there are businesses out there that have no problem taking money and lots of it… smile at you when all is ok, but the smallest problem, they completely ignore you. so if you are reading this and had the same experience, please, let’s keep other people from doing business with this one.

So disappointing that such a nice place has such bad customer service and is so unprofessional and unorganized. I had more appointments cancelled by THEM or mistakes on THEIR side for double booking then actual appointments! Don’t go and don’t count on them.

Sharon is the Best! after having an awful experience at a different botox office and becoming sceptical… I decided to try one last resort! Dr. Berkleys Skin and Body is by far the most genuine & professional clinic I’ve ever been to!

Tried to schedule an appointment, phones and receptionist not helping. I don’t know if it was an off day but I just wanted to speak to a facial specialist about gift pricing and suggestions. The holiday hustle and bustle may be the issue, will try again. Not for me now

Sharon is the BEST for Botox! Dr. Berkleys establishment is beautifully put together offering a serene environment to her customers. However, my gem of a provider is Sharon. Her bedside manner and light hand make for the perfect Botox experience!!! Thank you Sharon

If you are looking for an amazing waxer call and ask for Maryietta! She’s incredible. Best Brazilian, eyebrows… anything you can ask for. And she’s just awesome in general and cool to talk to. Love the staff and all the girls up front. My appointments are always on time. Highly recommend this place :)

I am so thrilled with my laser results. Dr. Linda did a laser treatment for age spots on my hands and chest. I’ve always been embarrassed about my hands, but now I am flaunting them. This is just after ONE treatment. Wow. If there is a way to upload photos, I’ll do it. This treatment literally took 20 years of my chest and hands. You will not be dissappointed!

Who doesn’t want to turn back the hands of the clock? It’s why places like this are in business. This is the first one I’ve found that doesn’t try to sell you on anything. You tell them what you want to have as a result and they make it happen. I am not going to list the services I’ve had, but for all of them I have had a great experience -(except one time years ago when a girl over the phone told me a cost for treatment and when I got here it was much more than that. The owner thought I was trying to scam her. I almost didn’t go back because of it, but I’m glad I did). And it’s so conveniently located, parking is easy, and it’s next to coffee bean. Super easy.

I just wanted to say how amazing CJ is! She’s a medical aesthetician … very knowledgeable, professional, meticulous, and extremely personable. I went in (on a Sunday) with an «emergency» pimple situation. To my surprise, she saw me right away and far exceeded my expectations … had a wonderful experience! And, my «situation» healed very nicely (thanks to CJ)!

I have been going to Dr. Berkley Skin and Body for over a year now. I have to say… This place is amazing. Always welcoming, the best product. Last longer than other places that I have visited. Linda, Sharon, Sonja are unbelievable. They always give the best attention to detail and know exactly how much to use. Their hours are the best in town. Prices are incredible. I love this place. I had perm. make-​up with Jackie. She was incredible. The first visit was 3 ½ hours, the touch-​up three weeks later 2 hours. Even with the numbing cream, it hurts, so be ready for that. But the outcome is terrific. Waiting for it to fade over the next few weeks, but I can tell I’m going to like it. She’s a true artist and I’m more than happy.
I have to add 1 week earlier I had one of the worst facials of my life with someone else. I told Jackie about it. The woman said I should get the anti-​aging facial, (which of course, cost more,) but the minute she put the masque on my face was on fire. She removed the cream quickly, and twice as fast finished. I was charged the full price, I stupidly even tipped her well and left. When I returned for Jackie to do the make-​up I told her about the experience. She said she would tell the office manager. Three weeks went by and I hear nothing. Went for my touch up with Jackie and reminded her. Once again she said I would hear from the office manager. I’ve heard nothing. I spent almost $ 2,000 there… you would think I would hear from them.
Again…Jackie is 5 stars. Very disappointed in the customer service… still hoping they will call.

I just wanted to add to this on 2÷2÷15 I did receive a call and they did credit me for the bad facial, and I can use that credit in the future. Now that’s the way to do business!

Came here in ¹¹⁄₁ for Restylane filler to my tear troughs and I could not ask for a better experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. My treatment was done by Sonja and she is very skilled at what she does. No pain only mild discomfort and the weird feeling as the Restylane goes in LOL. And best of all I had no bruising what so ever. We ended up using 1 full syringe and once the swelling goes down I will return in 2 weeks to see just how much more I need. From what my eyes looked like before and what they look like now is a big improvement. Thank you Sonja!

Ive never had a bad experience in all my 3 years of coming here and I just feel so lucky to have all my needs taken care of in one place! Whenever I need a little pick me up I know I can come here and get pampered :) Thanks Dr. Berkley and all the lovely ladies that work there!

I love this place for my B12 shots! Ironically, the thing that is the biggest pain in the ass is that their card swiper has an issue with BofA check cards. I had to run my card 3 times, then twice on a separate one. If you don’t have multiple accounts or a credit card you’re screwed on paying them. It’s really inconvenient and they need to get that fixed but otherwise, loved my services and both girls were really nice to my two year old who came to hang out with me while I got my shot.

Since the laser place that I use to go to closed down, I’ve been treking to the valley for my treatments. A friend recommended this place. I read on their website that it’s owned by a doctor so I felt comfortable getting my treatments from them.
Nurse Sharon has been doing my laser hair removal treatments on my arms for a few months now and I’m very happy with my results. She’s gentle yet very thorough with her work.
I also get Lipoplex injections and I’ve gotten their Myer’s IV cocktail a couple of times now to help with my hangover.
The staff is very friendly and they have free parking.

I came here for the first time to get a micbrodermabrasion. The esthetician (Mariyeta) was super nice and explained the whole process thoroughly. The room and equipment are very clean. There is very soothing music playing in the room and the lights are turned down low to ensure complete relaxation.
Being the first time, I really didn’t know what a microderm would feel like. This little vacuum type of thing strips away dead skin. There is no pain at all. Then you’ll get a couple of masks put on, which might burn. The last mask soothes your skin so you don’t walk out of there looking like a tomato. The whole day my skin was very sensitive and I had to avoid sun and make up.
It’s the day after and my skin looks good, but this isn’t a miracle. I can tell the first layer of skin will slough off. I will be going back a couple more times to get my skin glowing :)
