Since its establishment, Comp L.A. has grown in size and reputation, employing expert technicians and working exclusively with certified and licensed vendors for all equipment. Over the years, Comp L.A. has provided services to clientele from many industries, including: artists, construction companies, designers, lawyers, jewelers, physical therapists, work out studios, real estate offices, management companies and many more.

Comp L.A. are efficient, thorough, friendly, patient, answered MANY extremely basic questions without laughing at me, drastically rounded DOWN the time they spent on my office computers!
Proactively suggested other unrelated solutions and ideas without being asked, were flexible with their time, and provided excellent and fast communication throughout, Offered followup work at no charge! Who does that???
I got the impression their main goal was to SAVE me money and time, Tell me the last time that happened to you with any service, of any kind, anywhere.
I wouldn’t hesitate to return to them or recommend them, ONE IN A MILLION!

I literally will not take my computer to anyone else in LA. I wholeheartedly and even blindly trust Eddie to take care of it for me – no matter the problem! Not only does he take the time to explain his process, he speaks in a manner that ANYONE can understand, regardless of your knowledge of computers. Eddie is patient and thorough, not missing a single detail, and can immediately solve any problem at hand. He has returned my computer to me multiple times in incredible shape, the next day (unheard of), and even physically clean as new! This is more than just a job for Eddie; he cares tremendously for his customers, their products, and their time. He adds value by being diligent, efficient, timely, and effective. I could not have asked for better service. Eddie is incredibly professional and talented while providing a friendly interpersonal connection and making sure you understand the situation at hand. I have been recommending him to all my friends and I’ll never go to anyone else with my Mac — or any other computer for that matter. Go to Eddie and save yourself any future headache! I couldn’t recommend him more.

Although I’m born in the era of technology, I tend to somehow break my computer. Ive been using Comp La for years. Eddie is amazinf, he answered all my questions and fixed my issues quickly. If he can’t talk me though the issue he will make an appt to come fix the issue for me. The service is amazing. Along with excellent service he suggests things to help me in the future to avoid an particular issues. I couldnt be more satisified. Thank you!

Comp LA has been taking care of my computer needs both at my office and at home for the last eight years.
Over the years Eddie has taken care of various problems that I have had, such as the computer freezing on me, running too slow. and assisting me to upgrade to a better system.
When you call him with a problem, if he can direct you over the phone, he will. When you need him to come out, he will make an appointment within a day or two. However, if it is an emergency, he will go out of his way to come the same day.
Eddie’s company also designed our website.
He is honest and his pricing is fair.

I thought I was doing the right thing to upgrade my computer, but apparently made some mode changes that rendered the computer ineffective. Unfortunately, we were trying to make a deadline and this turned out to be a very costly error. Luckily, Eddie was able to arrive on site that same day and fix the problem so we could continue. Next time, I’ll leave it to the professionals at Comp LA and not take the risk of doing it myself and messing it up! Snir,

Eddie at Comp LA is the ultimate professional — he is always accessible and quick to respond, he answers my questions patiently and has successfully fixed all the issues I’ve had with my computer — all for very reasonable (in my opinion) rates! I ended up coming here after a friend made the recommendation as I was having a full blown melt down since my laptop decided to crash taking with it my dissertation for my degree. Eddie was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It put me at ease. I was fortunate enough to be able to recover what I needed and took their friendly advice of always having a back up.
