Attorney Elizabeth Botsford LLM Tax (Hons) is an experienced estate planner with up-​to-​date, in-​depth estate planning and tax know-​how. She previously practiced probate litigation (that is, challenges to wills and trusts), and so understands how to draft estate plans to ensure family unity and to strengthen family finances in the event of untimely death or incapacity.

Business Owner

Attorney Elizabeth Botsford graduated with a law degree (with Honors) from the London School of Economics. She worked for Baker and McKenzie in Hong Kong, the European Commission in Brussels, Mishcon de Reya (the firm which represented Princess Diana) in London and has practiced law in California for well over a decade.

Ms. Botsford qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and is an active member of the California Bar.

Elizabeth Botsford has up-​to-​date and in-​depth tax knowledge. She recently completed a masters degree in tax law (LLM Hons) at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, graduating with Honors. She was awarded First Class Honors in Estate and Gift Tax I.
