We look at over 500 cars a week and less than 5% qualify to be offered for sale at Aussie Auto. Our commitment to quality is second to none. Each vehicle is rigorously inspected and we take extraordinary measures to ensure that each car meets our high standards. Many cars don’t pass our rigorous screening process. We only keep the best of the best! Every Aussie Auto car has passed a rigorous 109-​point inspection performed by an ASE-​Certified technician.

Scam, watch out ! My BMW X3 broke 4 times with serious problems only after 6 months of purchase… guess what, I had no choice but sell the car to Carmex that paid only half of the Amount Aussie charged for the car. Aussie Staff was nice only when i was buying the car, after the car started giving me problems they didn’t care anymore, lame customer service ! Shame on you Aussie Auto !

Really great car buying experience! Matt and Joe are really great and easy to work with. If you want a truly no hassle car buying experience you have to come here. For a used car to include a warranty and also to be backed up by the owners of the business is usually unheard of these days! I can’t believe that I found a used car dealer that is not a crook! Thanks Matt and Joe for making my trip from Palm Springs worth it! They are even delivering the car to Palm Springs for me!

I hardly ever leave Unilocal reviews (because I’m lazy), but I feel obligated here. I had a terrific experience at Aussie Auto, and left with exactly the car I was looking for at a price that felt unrealistically fair.
After a couple weeks of browsing through Craigslist, I finally found a Prius C that checked all the boxes I was looking for. I called Aussie Auto and talked to Joe, who assured me the car was still on the lot. When I arrived, the car was indeed still on the lot. So far so good!
Roberto helped out with a test drive and had me rolling with his terrible (terrific) dad jokes. He spelled everything out about their 125-​point inspection and their commitment to only selling clean, well-​maintained used cars. Nothing was ever a mystery and I never felt like I was being given the runaround. The price was right at KBB value, so I decided to pull the trigger.
Roberto then drove me to the bank to get a cashier’s check.
That might seem a little weird, but it was actually great. I called him my wheel-​man and told him to keep the engine running.
The next hour or two were dedicated to paperwork and such, which is to be expected when buying a car anywhere. The difference here, however, was that I never felt confused by or pressured into anything I didn’t totally understand. There are a TON of decisions to be made when purchasing a car, and everything was explained to me with clarity and patience.
Finally, we headed upstairs to meet Joe (from the phone) and Matt (the owner — his accent immediately explains the name of the place). I signed the last of the paperwork, got the keys, and was on the road in my dream car.
I’m not exactly looking forward to buying another car anytime soon, but if/​when I have to, these guys will be at the top of my list.

My used car search had taken me from the valley into Orange County. After missing out on a beautiful BMW X3 at Aussie Auto a month earlier, I didn’t believe my luck when they had another X3 come on the lot. My first email was answered and within a couple of hours I was chatting with a member of the team. Audi ally able to schedule a test drive and was met by a wonderful salesman Roberto. I had to make the paperwork financing portion quick because of job responsibilities and they didn’t make me feel as if I needed to stay or pressure me at all. Finally we settle on the financing. The car I got was clean, and the comfort of a warranty made this experience the complete opposite of any other car buying experience I have ever dealt with.
Matt and Joe made this a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an experience where they are treated with respect and fairly.
If you are looking for a used car, you should at least get in touch and see what they have. You may or may not end up buying but you will not walk away feeling bad about the time spent.

Just bought my new ride from Joe. I’ve been looking for a new vehicle for a week, Aussie auto is kinda far from where I live but I chose them because I felt comfortable with these guys. This is not the first time I purchased a vehicle from dealers, they are certainly different from the others. Matt is also a cool guy, he gave a ride to my home even though I live 25 mins away. I’m paying in full so my purchasing process was quick & easy. Oh, and they do all the paperworks for you so you don’t have to go to the DMV. So happy!

I am a very picky car buyer and have spent several months visiting countless dealerships up and down the coast searching for the perfect vehicle (with absolutely no luck). I showed up at Aussie Auto planning on just doing a quick test drive and left the lot with keys in hand. I dealt primarily with Chad as well as the owner Matt and both were fantastic to work with. As soon as I arrived on the lot I felt at ease and both Matt & Chad went above and beyond to make me happy during the car buying process. I came in pre-​approved for a loan and not only were they able to match it but they got me an even lower interest rate! I found the perfect car at the perfect price and have an unbelievable peace of mind. Buy your car from Aussie Auto, seriously, you won’t regret it.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. After weeks of searching and trying other dealerships, I happened upon Aussie Auto, and right away it was clear they were different. Super friendly, absolutely no pressure, listed prices that were surprisingly fair — I saw a 2010 Toyota Corolla I liked, they gave me the keys, told me to take it for a spin, didn’t even need to come with me. I came back, told them I was a fan, asked if I could take it to my mechanic for a third-​party inspection — no problem, in fact they let me take it there myself, again didn’t need to come with. (the only dealership I’ve seen willing to do that). My mechanic did a full inspection, told me it was a great car, one of the better ones he’d seen, and advised me to buy it. I headed back, told them I’d take it, and the icing on the cake, they got me financing for a better rate than I’d already been pre-​approved for with my own bank. I couldn’t believe how well it all worked out.
I think it comes down to the fact that Matt his team are just really passionate about what they do and truly seem to care about doing good, honest business with people. I don’t know how else to explain it. There’s no slick salesman vibe here, at all. The owner Matt is super cool, Jason and Chad are incredibly helpful and accommodating, and Joe, who handles all the work they do on their cars, is one of the most genuine, knowledgable guys I’ve ever met. They wanted me to be happy with my purchase, and I definitely am.
I never thought I’d say this, but thanks to them I’m actually looking forward to the next time I have to buy a car. Really encouraging that a dealership like this exists in LA.

Car shopping is never fun and never fast! Aussie Auto is just the opposite. Best experience ever! Fast, Honest, no nonsense at this place. They are on their game 100%. Chad oh my god, I can’t say enough. This guy works it like know other. When you think the impossible could never happen you haven’t met Chad. There is no such thing as NO at this dealership. These people are beyond amazing. After buying my 2013 ford fiesta from this dealership, I can tell you that they handle business the way every car dealership should (and the vast majority don’t even come remotely close to.) They let their high-​quality, certified pre-​owned vehicles, and affordable prices do the convincing which leaves them free to truly look out for the best interest of their customers.
Matt was the one who did most of the heavy lifting for me. He was personable, attentive, let me look over everything, answered all of my questions no matter how minute. He made sure I was comfortable during each step of the process. The price I payed with everything included was such a great deal– I was thrilled! He also took care of all of the details with the registration, and worked hard to make sure I got the best interest rate possible. He went out of his way to make me happy even long after he knew the sale was a done deal. In addition to all that, I also had contact with Joe and Chad for a couple of scheduling calls and for signing paperwork. They both were friendly, capable and all around outstanding as well.
I love my car and I would (and will) recommend Aussie Autos to anyone and everyone!!!

The Valleys Hidden Gem!
This Place is Aussie Awesome… I have been without a car for 8 years. I have been on Public Transportation for a long time. I had my last car repossessed back when the Real Estate market crashed and I thought it was just impossible for me to get a car. My credit has suffered alot in the past few years.
I took the bus to Aussie, just to browse around and look. I had no intentions of buying anything and I definitely didn’t want to deal with another «NO»! Despite all the bad stuff I was telling Matt about my credit and past car drama, he was So Nice and didn’t judge me. He let me test drive with no hesitations. Next thing you know, I have an Approval, a Car, and a Set of Keys. I ended up with a 2008 BMW 328i Coupe with Dakota Leather Interior with All the Bells & Whistles!
All the cars here are very nice, clean, good mileage and a 3 month/​3000 mile warranty that comes standard with all the cars… which is more than I can say for all the other car lots I have been to. On top of that, all of the cars are Certified Pre-​owned.
If you are going to get a Nice Used Car, I recommend Aussie. All of their inventory is Upscale Cars, Clean CarFax with good mileage. Definitely worth a Visit!

Matt is everything you’d want a used car salesman to be – forthright, informative, and friendly.
He worked with us to get a good rate. This was my first time financing a car rather than buying outright, and he did everything he could to make it painless and productive.
His inventory is full of great deals – super competitive prices. I bought a 2012 Prius C with 58k miles for under 16k. Good luck finding another deal like that in this market!
He was flexible with our family’s needs. My wife and I had to bring our toddler along for the purchase, and he drew up the paperwork at lightning speed while we got dinner down the street.
Great establishment here — you won’t be sorry if you do business with Matt.

I was left carless after a car accident, walking and bumming rides, so needless to say I was ready to buy a car yesterday. Aussie had a gorgeous Jetta Wolfsburg I was drooling over so I walked over from my office on my lunch break and checked out the car. It was everything I hoped other than a little dirty on the interior. I thought it over for the night and then emailed Matt the next day with what I could could pay. He okayed my offer and added in a detailing. That day I took the car to my mechanic and received the green light (my mechanic is very familiar with Jettas; he’s worked on my old one for the past 6 years), then I went straight back to the Matt and bought it.
I give 5 stars because everyone at the dealership was professional and positive. There was no messy «b.s.» I needed an awesome car at a very specific price. Aussie auto had that car. We came to an agreement and I would send anyone looking for a car to do business with them.
