Via our retail channel we sell directly to end users who are medium to large businesses of between 50 to 500 employees. Our partner (wholesale) channel is focused traditional IT and Voice vendors, whom we provide the tools and expertise necessary for them to re-​sell our services to their customers. teXium represents over 100 different service providers. Often the best solution for our customer involves a blended solution with services from multiple providers. A direct representative can only provide services from his or her employer, and may not even be educated as to the architecture or benefits of a blended solution or the offerings of their competitors. Our allegiance is to our customer, and we therefore recommend the best price vs. performance solution regardless of the provider.

History

Established in 2009.

After years of working for the carriers and experiencing the rapid change in technology and increase in available options to businesses, it became apparent that there has been a serious gap developing between technology providers and their clients.

Personalized customer care and direct customer support has been significantly reduced over the years. teXium was founded to bridge this gap.
