Welcome! Stuart’s Fish & Pig is owned by Joan Marshall & Ken Stuart. Forty years of combined restaurant experience, Ken’s lifelong passion for smoking food and a desire to return to Florida has resulted in Stuart’s Fish & Pig.
We make every item on our menu from scratch! We smoke our meat, poultry & fish in house daily.
We searched for locations throughout Florida, one afternoon in Stuart made it clear that this was where we wanted to call home! We join our staff members, Benny, Katherine, Kelly & Chef Vince in welcoming you to our café. Enjoy!

Restaurants are what we do.
Joan has managed multiple concepts, including Chesapeakes, Naples and Cru Bistro & Wine Bar in Knoxville, Tennessee. Her start in the restaurant business was at the original Ruby Tuesday.
Ken has managed multiple concepts as well, including Barleys Taproom & Pizzeria, The Sunspot and The Half Barrel. Smoked foods are his passion.
Over 40 years combined restaurant management experience has led us to open Stuart’s Fish & Pig. We promise to deliver our very best every day. We hope to see you soon!
