I came into the office without an appointment and with a bunch of questions regarding my newly purchased auto policy, plus questions about purchasing new homeowners/​condo insurance.
I was helped immediately by Cindi who sorted out all of my auto policy questions and changes. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was then helped by Susan in regards to purchasing homeowners/​condo insurance. Susan was also very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Also, when emailing the office, I usually get an instant reply; and if not, the reply definitely comes within 24 hours. Love it!
All in all, a great office! I’m happy to be their client.
