Just had my new Infiniti delivered and I have only the highest complements for this dealership. They had the car I wanted, treated me fairly and to top it off delivered to my office in Miami.
This is my second Infiniti and I love the brand. Skipped over other dealerships in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale as I didn’t get the response and service I expected.
They’re at the top of my list for my auto needs.

I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Genesis from here. The sales team was very high pressure. At one point when I told them the interest rate was to high and that I wasn’t going to take a high rate. I thanked them for their time and was quickly surrounded by two other sales people that said they were all trying to help me. At one point I had to stand up because the three of them were standing over me. They showed me the Carfax and was told I had the remainder of the bumper to bumper as well as the 10 yr 100 000 mile drive train warranty. This however was not the case. I took the car to Hyundai for a parking sensor and was told the 10yr 100 000 mile warranty was not transferrable. I told the dealer about that and said I wanted something in return. They offered nothing clamming they had no way of knowing it wasn’t transferable. I told them I wanted to return the car and get my money back and they strung me along. They said they wouldn’t take the car back and I ended up with nothing. I love the car I bought but would never step foot on that dealership again. Great car very very bad car buying experience. Stay far away. Nothing but lies and deception.

My experience was amazing and 100% due to our salesperson Kenneth Luce. I purchased my vehicle 3 months ago and am still smiling from this experience, typically I hate car shopping and purchasing. Ken’s customer service is like none other and I would continue buying Infiniti’s just to work with Ken again. Amazing customer service is truly hard to find these days and Ken will go above and beyond to ensure his customers are happy and get what they want. He has ensured every experience even after the initial sale of my car was superior including service. Ken has exceeded both my husband and my expectations and we will be loyal customers returning to see him for future sales. With a growing family we have purchased a few vehicles in the last few years and there hasn’t been a single salesperson or dealership that compares. Highly, highly recommend Infiniti but even more so Kenneth Luce.

Infiniti of Stuart is a joke. After purchasing my low-​mileage 2010 used G37 from them, I took it in to be serviced and was notified that my car was not warrantied based on the fact that the engine was swapped due to «Sludge.» The car had a 1-​owner, clean carfax and advertised the remainder of the warranty. Now I have questions. Who did the work? How many miles are on the new engine? None of which were ever answered. I spoke to Bryan, the sales manager who was of little to no help and he said he would mitigate the issue by finding a replacement vehicle for me. It took a long time for him to do anything, including respond to me and when I went onto their lot and found a suitable replacement, they wanted $ 7,000 additionally, plus dealer fees for a car with more miles than mine. John Leaver, the former GM was also of little to no help, but assured me that he was my advocate and would get this solved. This was in September. Their is a new GM there by the name of Gregg and he is proving to be a carbon copy of John. They are ducking my phone calls, my attorney’s phone calls, and playing dumb. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this dealership, they are shady.

Jason in sales was amazing. After having driven such a long drive to get there, he was so hospitable in offering us beverages and we really appreciate him having the car cleaned up nice and ready for a detailed viewing and test drive. He was very informative about the specific details of the car and went above and beyond in his research to answer our questions. He even emailed me a video to answer one of the questions for me– after the sale, which was impressive. Bryan, the sales manager, was extremely helpful in negotiation of the sale and we really appreciate his part in the sale. The whole team was such a courteous, friendly, happy and pleasant group. They definitely made it worth the long drive to buy my car from Infinity Stuart. They all get an A++++

I always have a wonderful experience when I take my car in for regular maintenance. It is such a pleasure to be able to drive to Stuart instead of WPB. It not only saves me a lot of time but the dealership is beautiful and comfortable.

UNETHICAL LYING SCAMMERS I have never dealt with such an unethical business in my life. These people are an embarrassment to the Infiniti name. I LOVE my Infiniti and feel like I’ve been an Infiniti spokes model for the past decade. While I continue to love the Infiniti car, I will NEVER EVER deal with this dealership again.
I received a factory recall notice, so set up an appt. When I called to make the appointment, the service guy told me that he could not tell me what the recall was for, as there were so many that he’d need to look it up when I brought the car in. That seemed odd to me. But I took the car in.
When I dropped the car off, I asked the advisor to recommend a paint and body guy, as I had some small paint chips on the front bumper and hood. We walked the car and I showed him the little chips — none bigger than ¼″ around. When I got home, I noticed that now there was a huge piece of paint missing from the front of the car. Remember I had little paint chips no bigger than ¼″ around? Now I had a sheet of paint missing that was 6″ x3″. I phoned the service advisor and took the car back. His comment was «well, I can’t say that it was our power washer that took the paint off» (oh no? really? we had walked around the car and specifically scanned the hood the day before, I think we can correctly assume that your power washer took that paint off), «but we can do SOMETHING for you, at least get some paint to cover the metal». Talk about not taking responsibility or acknowledging your error. All he needed to do was so «oh wow, I’m sorry, let’s make sure we get this squared away», but no, it was as if he had taken a course in evasive phraseology to avoid taking responsibility.
As icing on the cake, when I went to pick up the car, they had completed a «complementary assessment» of the car, and, much to my surprise, they had come up with $ 3700 worth of work that needed to be done, including my brakes, which, allegedly had only 4% left.
I decided to get a 2nd opinion on my brakes, and took it to goodyear for a free diagnosis, and it turns out I actually have about 50% left on my brakes. So that «complimentary assessment» was a b*&sh (t plan to rip off Infiniti owners.
Oh, and since taking my car in, I have been deluged with questionable offers and notices and emails from the dealership.
I continue to support the Infiniti brand and love my car. If you’re thinking about an Infiniti or getting your Infiniti serviced, I would strongly suggest you look at a different dealership. These guys are classic examples of why people don’t trust car dealers.
