No longer a simple Wine Bar, CRUSH specializes in fine wines, craft beers and freshly hand-​crafted cocktails using premium spirits. We use all freshly squeezed citrus juices, make our own simple syrups and whenever possible use small-​batch spirits for our cocktails, some of which we infuse in house. Quality and customer service our our key goals. On Friday and Saturday nights, CRUSH transforms from a lounge into the hottest, local night spot with Live DJs starting at 9PM.

History

Established in 2011.

Crush was conceived by two close friends (veterans of over 20 years in the food and beverage business) our wives and close friends over many bottles of amazing wine. After a couple years of discussion, we decided to bring CRUSH to Stuart. Originally, the idea was to offer the finest wines and craft beers. After a year and a half, due to popular demand, we acquired a liquor license and through the crafting of some amazing cocktails, we became what we are today. What is that you ask? CRUSH is still the place we imagined– A classy joint, as many of our patrons put it. A place to enjoy great wines, beers, handcrafted cocktails and dancing and entertainment by some of the town’s hottest DJs!

Using my almost 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, along with my business partner Eric Grutka, I wanted to bring something new, fresh and exciting to Stuart. I want everyone to leave CRUSH happier than before they arrived. It’s not unusual to see me mingle and talk with guests. Next time you’re in take a second and introduce yourself!
