Baila con Pasión, established in 2009, is a specialized Latin Dance company offering Salsa, Bachata, Bachatango Classes in Stuart, FL with previous locations in Charlotte, North Carolina & Bavaro Dominican Republic. We offer group classes, private lessons and specialized workshops in Salsa, Bachata, Bachatango, Argentine Tango, Cha Cha and more in addition to many opportunities to dance socially and put what you learn in class to use on the dance floor! Whether you are brand new to Salsa, Bachata, Bachatango or are an experienced dancer looking to sharpen your skills and find your own style, we have a class for you.

We also offer private lessons and professional choreography services for special events such as weddings and quinceaneras!

Cassandra de Mercedes and her partner are also available for professional level performances along with Cassandra’s performing teams Salsa con Pasión™ and Bachata con Pasión™.

History

Established in 2009.

Baila con Pasión’s owner and Artistic Director, Cassandra de Mercedes has been a featured instructor and performer at Salsa and Bachata Congresses and Festivals worldwide and is the developer of the soon to be released Black Belt Bachata™ syllabus. Baila con Pasión is one of the few Black Belt Salsa™ schools in the world and is the world training headquarters for Black Belt Bachata™.

Under the direction of owner and artistic director, Cassandra de Mercedes and her husband, Pedro and due to our devoted Salsa and Bachata community, Baila con Pasión is quickly becoming the premier Latin Dance company on Florida’s Treasure Coast and the surrounding areas. We provide world class instruction that has a strong focus on technicality, musicality and styling and offer classes that range from very beginning level classes all the way up to our student performing teams, Salsa con Pasión™ and Bachata con Pasión™.

Cassandra de Mercedes is the owner and Artistic Director of Baila con Pasión, a Latin dance company based in Stuart, FL & is the artistic director of Salsa con Pasión™ and Bachata con Pasión™, her student performing teams. She is extremely proud to be one of the few Black Belt Salsa™ schools in the entire world & is the developer of the Black Belt Bachata™ syllabus!

Cassandra has been a featured instructor and performer at Salsa and Bachata Congresses worldwide & is a yearly featured instructor at the largest and most prestigious Bachata Congress in the world, The Washington DC Bachata Congress. She is currently booked at Salsa and Bachata Congresses internationally & she & her partner were one of few select couples from all over South, Central and North Americas that were invited to compete in the Americas Bachata Masters competition for an opportunity to represent the USA at the finals in Spain of 2013.
