I had a horrible experience with the owner at this shop. He kept my computer for three weeks with no contact until I chased him down and then he returned it to me with more issues than when I brought it to him. He broke my screw cover on top of the «repair» he made and said he would order a new one to replace it. He took $ 4 off my outrageous repair fee for the inconvenience. When I got my computer home, it was more broken than when I brought it to him. He refused to even answer my texts or phone calls complaining about the service and the fact that my computer did not work. Needless to say, it is 7 weeks later and he still has not contacted me about the screw cover he promised to replace. What are the odds it will ever happen?
