Established in 2006.

Co-​Owners Don Heller and Al Haskins did repairs in their neighborhood and for their church, basically for free, just because they enjoyed the work and they both had management positions within their full time jobs. Don had already owned his own apartments, which he managed. They were approached by a friend and asked to restore and manage his apartments, thus became the property management company D-​N-​A.

D-​N-​A Property Management Co. is a family operated Property Management Company that specializes in customer service through property and rental services. We take all the hassles of your rental property off your hands. We take care of advertising, screening potential tenants, Lease Execution, Receiving All Tenant Calls regarding concerns with the property, Addressing and Dispatching Repair Personnel as needed, Collecting Rents and if need be, Eviction Procedures. Donald is a lifelong resident of Monroe County, having been born at East Stroudsburg Hospital. Donald has always been a prosperous, self-​employed individual who has brought D-​N-​A Property Management Co. to where it is today.

Being an avid real estate investor, in light of the ever-​changing economic and real estate trends, he felt the need for a Full-​Service, Reliable, Property Management Company — There began D-​N-​A Property Management Co.

Along with Donald’s extensive knowledge of our local area, his staggering number of contacts, friends, and clients have helped in the growth of his dream.
