On recommendation of family, my boyfriend and I came here while shopping in the mall to browse for wedding bands. Greeted upon arrival, we told the man that helped us we were looking for wedding bands and he showed us to that area. I found what I liked within a few minutes and the same for my boyfriend. I also looked a bit for engagement rings (we’re doing things a bit backwards) and found immediately the style I want for when we choose to purchase that as well.
We purchased insurance for both bands (reasonable as it’s for the life of the rings) and they were sized and paid for. We had to wait about 10 days and they were ready for us to pick up and take back with us.
What I like about Ashcroft & Oak is the service you get, especially cleaning and service internationally, which is quite important for us.
The only downside to this experience was that I assumed my ring was in top condition and of good quality. However, when wearing it the first time, I noticed one of the small diamonds at the bottom was missing. This really upset me as being the first time I wore it and I was very disappointed with this. I still need to contact A&O but I hope this can be resolved without much cost and problems.
