Established in 2003.

Dr. Irshad Kassim and Dr. Pranav Patel originally founded Consolidated Chiropractic to provide state-​of-​the-​art pain relief. At our clinic you will find the highest standard of care to offer you solutions. Over the years of researching the best in healthcare technology and treatments for pain relief they have expanded to provide more services and created HealthCore Clinic.
