The young driver they have is really proffesional, even wore a suit and tie. Made all the stops before the lines and drove the limit, plus he had some good stories.

The absolute worst. Beyond awful.
Called them from the restaurant for a cab. ETA 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, guy called to say he doesn’t have an address and it will be ANOTHER 15 minutes. Two calls later, he says 8 minutes. After 8 minutes called him only to find out he’s only 4 minutes away. My annoyance is clear. He says «I’m hurrying because I need the business.» This is hurrying? Finally arrives almost 50 minutes after we called.
Insult to injury. Tell him we’re going to the EL blue line a mere 6.6 miles away. He drives in circles. How do I know? Because I’m GPSing that bad boy right along with him and ask him why he’s driving in circles. Obviously to drive the costs up. How do I know? But the final cost was — wait for it – $ 36 freaking ass dollars. Are you kidding me?! Friends took an Über taxi all the way from downtown Chicago to Elks Grove for only $ 4 more.
If you need a cab, do NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE.

I decided to try this place out, it was about $ 12 cheaper than another airport service, boy do I regret it. The other place ALWAYS uses limos, always prompt friendly service, you can book online, you can always call a main operator that can look up your itinerary (that speaks good english). I don’t know what kind of rinky dink service this is, but when you call, you never know which broken english person you’ll be speaking to. Sometimes you’ll talk to some wife at home with screaming kids in the background. Also, I didn’t feel real confident when I told the person I needed a pickup at 2am on a Wednesday, and they call me back (so you mean that night? like wednesday night?). No, wednesday morning, like 2am?! Then after my wife forgot to get a receipt (business trip), I call them the same day and ask for a receipt (which was like pulling teeth trying to figure out which cabby actually took her), then they said «no problem, I will send a receipt in the mail». It’s been 2 weeks, still no receipt. I would never use this service again.
