This dealership is amazing! My husband and I worked with Tony Martinez and he is very personable and nice. He communicates with you throughout the whole credit app process as well as the sale. The manager Carl was very nice and helpful as well when it came to explaining things. They worked with our credit situation and was very dedicated to getting the deal done. I would recommend this dealership to anyone as well as refer Tony Martinez to anyone looking to buy a car because this guy was nice and honest. I will definitely buy from the dealership again.

Their location is pretty accessible and there’s enough parking spaces to park even on a busy day.
This dealership seems to be family owned and it definitely has a smaller independent feel.
I came as a walk-​in with no appointment and wasn’t greeted at the door. I stood at the entrance for about 2 minutes with no luck and decided to sit on the couch next to the door until someone could assist.
After another 5 minutes, a gentleman named Sebastian who was busy and finally got freed up, asked if he could assist me and I came to his desk to talk business.
Sebastian was very helpful and I’m happy I ended up buying my car with him. I also got to speak to the general manager of the dealership who guided my transaction and was very professional throughout the process.
If you’re in the market for a used vehicle that’s in great condition, I would definitely recommend checking out Conway Imports.

Yikes, stay away if you can. I purchased a vehicle from here and really wish that I hadn’t. They have «mechanics» in the back who, from the information that was given to me, are inexperienced newbies that may know how to hold a wrench. I believe that these «mechanics» get the cars good enough to drive off the lot. The one positive thing that I have to say is that they know how to detail a car to make it look really nice. Other than that, their paperwork is set up to where they can take advantage of customers with low credit. They will quote you a higher interest rate than what you can actually get, and strong sell you until you sign the paperwork. They are extremely pushy when it comes to sales. I made a mistake that is costing me thousands in repairs less than a month after I drove off the lot. This is all after the salesman told me about how clean this car was kept and that he knew the previous owner and it was a trade in. I feel that the salesman lie to get a sale, and I base that on the issues that I am having after purchasing it after a test drive. Not that I would ever purchase anything from here again, but I would recommend that if you do NEED to purchase something, and this is your ONLY option, take it to a mechanic before you buy it. This was one of the worst mistakes I have made.
10÷19÷15 — Update:
I believe that the owner, «Chris», may have gotten word about a review that I wrote. He recently left me a voicemail asking me to call him about the experience that I had. I called the number he gave (he did not give an extension), and I asked for Chris. After holding for about a minute, someone sounding EXACTLY like Chris picked up the phone telling someone about not handing calls to him and to transfer it to — and the all of a sudden I am ringing into a voicemail. I call back immediately and am told that Chris is on a test drive. This is very unprofessional to say the least. I hope that this review saves at least one person from making a huge mistake in such a huge purchase! I will AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS for any purchase.
1÷13÷15 — Follow up update:
After my last update, I went and filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against Conway Imports. I received another call from Chris, the owner, shortly after that. The conversation didn’t start out very well. However, I figure that since he did some repairs this could use an upgrade from one star to two stars. Here are the details of the interactions since the last update… I received a call from Chris, and as I said it didn’t start very well. It seems that he has much to learn about customer approach and problem resolution. Once we moved past that, he offered to handle some repairs for the vehicle that I purchased from his dealership. The repairs were not very expensive, yet he kept mentioning how he is spending money to do my repairs. All products that were replaced were apparent after-​market parts, not OEM. The reason why I only increase this by one star is that the owner did not really listen to what I was trying to tell him in my complaint to the BBB and on this review. He failed to address the issue of his employees talking about where they get vehicles and then having customers sign a paper that says they didn’t tell the customer where the vehicle came from. He did not address his tactics for sales and how pushy his sales team is. While they did do a few repairs, including a couple that I did not complain about, I was left with the feeling that this business will continue to prey on the hard-​working people with less than perfect credit. So to them I say thank you for the repairs, but customer service is more than just a working product. I committed to the owner that I would update this review, and this is the update. Thank you.
