Bowling & Beyond Streamwood

Went here not even a week ago. I live close to the bowling alley and thought it would be a good idea to go with some friends and hangout. Well when we got there it was fairly dark inside and we were like whatever it’s dark no biggy. We go towards the counter and there are three staff members sitting behind the counter, I had to call them 3 or 4 times just so they can help us! They were siting right in front of us!!! After they «helped» and we started playing we got hungry again we had to call for someone multiple times and once we got our food it was very nasty!
After a few rounds we decided to play in the arcade I noticed that the ceiling was moldy and falling apart Major health violation and its behind the kitchen the arcade was very dark and no one was in there. The kitchen was also very dirty! I will not be returning to this bowling alley!!!

Terrible! Went here with my boyfriend only to walk the hell out! Manager is a jerk off. Who tells costumers to basically leave because their time would be wasted. I’ll tell you how to get rid of costumers! That’s one way! No wonder why you have an empty lot and no costumers it’s because your staff is so rude! Never coming back here again!!!

This place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but once you get inside it’s a great place to bring family and friends for hours of fun.

Prices for bowling is good compared to other places.
BUT…
1. The girl’s bathroom was nasty. Only two stalls, one with no toilet paper and the other had feces smeared in the basin.
2. Prices for drinks are over priced. They put so little alcohol in your mixed drinks that you can’t even taste it.
WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

Great family outing. We took our boys on a Sunday evening for some good o’l family fun. This is a family owned business that considerably cares about their establishment. We got our shoes and rented our lane, the guy at the counter recommended paying per game instead of purchasing three. no up sales or scamming here-​LIKE. The same gentleman brought both my boys 6 lbs balls to use instead of us squandering for them. We ordered some food and the cook actually came out to ask my husband and I what we wanted on our burgers… Wow. The same cook brought us our food and asked to clear our table after as well, we tipped him for his generous service. Well, that kid took care of us when we utilized the arcade area.
The recommendations, the bathrooms are freezing! The arcade is a typical play at your own risk, but they have an Air Hockey table-​Bonus!
I recommend this place without reserve to any family for a great outing. Teenagers alike seem to enjoy this establishment but management does not allow them to get out of hand :-) ENJOY

Pretty cool place to hang out and bowl!
The people there are nice, love the service that I get!
The food is AMAZING! I had a sandwich there, and it was dead on perfect.
I just wish everyone can make a sandwich that good!
I do wish that they could re-​model the place.
The computers can be glitchy once in a while.
Don‘t like the fact that they step on the lanes when there‘s a problem.
Messes up the ball directions, ya know?
Good price for a game! I always buy 3 games and get 1 more game for free!
Overall, I‘m very satisfied!

Bowling is Bowling, but good lanes and good people make it better ;-)

We have taken kids here on field trips for the park district, and it’s not too bad. The kids seemed to enjoy it. There’s a game room, the lanes (that don’t seem to be run-​down) and the pro shop that is open until 8 on weekdays.
My friends are in a league here on Thursdays nights, and they seem to have a good time. The prices for the concessions don’t seem too bad!

Its not a dump and management has improved.
Prices can be decent and not too outrageous like some of the other suburban bowling alleys.
Food is ok, the cooks go out of their way to make it your way. Please be good to them and tip.
I cannot fuckin stand some of the employees that clear the lanes of debris, i.e. balls, pins. These morons, who knows, (who trained them), they are notorious for stepping onto the lanes and smudging the oil. (If you don’t know what this means, ask a bowler to explain.)
Lanes are not meant to be touched by anything, but the ball, the pins and the waxing machine. If a footprint is left on the lane, that can cause your ball to suddenly change direction, it changes the entire path that you’d laid, when you dropped your bowling ball.
Sometimes at night during league play, you can catch these punks smoking weed in the Men’s room.
Classy, I know. Good alcohol specials.

I use these lanes for bowling all the time. I can’t think of any other alley that can be better than this place. I seem to know where everything is, so I prefer coming here. They have all types of bowling balls here to use. The newly, upgraded machines are a lot faster now and are good at recording scores.
