History
Established in 1987.
Pam and Luke Brochu built this, originally, 10 unit motel in 1987. A couple of years after opening they decided to lift up the original 10 units and build 10 more underneath! Now, we have 20 guest rooms. The motel has been through a few different managers in the past years. Spillover Motel was recently purchased by Pam and Luke’s daughter, Lee’Ann, and her husband Andrew. As of Sept. 3, 2014, Lee’Ann and Andrew, along with their 6 kiddos, welcome you to The Spillover Motel.
