Established in 1984.

In 2013 Frank’s Boat Rentals was acquired by Whale Creek Marina. Whale Creek is excited to join with the family of Frank’s customers and is committed to the excellent customer service all Frank’s Boat Rental customers expect. Free tide chart and fishing map, and we’ll give you directions to your favorite fishing spot, or help you find a new one. No need for a boating license. I have been coming down to Sea Isle City for as long as I can remember. Started crabbing when I was a toddler and I can remember Franks boats! Now the new owner I believe his name is Morgan and the deck hand Adam are great! Just finished another fantastic summer of crabbing and can’t wait to be back! The boats are very serviceable with a decent outboard motor. Lines are sold for $ 2.50 and they have bait /​knifes/​nets if needed. Staff was super friendly and Adam gives great advice.

The boats here are clean and well maintained. Understand that a one pull start on an outbaord motor is very much a plus. The directions given to us related to fishing spots were helpful. Overall including ice and some minor gear rental fees we paid $ 105 for 4 hours of fun on the water fishing and crabbing. It’s a pleasant way to pass the time.
